Great progress Darren but a few observations if I may, if you use a blue glue stick you can see if there's any areas you've missed without having to put on more than you need, it dries clear by the way. Personally I would use a bigger piece of tissue per panel, it just makes it easier to handle. You don't need to go over the glued areas with dope, it won't unstick also, unlike the undercamber on the underneath of the wing, you don't want to glue the tissue to every rib because each small area of tissue won't stretch as much, or as evenly, as one large area. Another great tip I picked up is to cover the wing tip panel separately, this way you won't have any wrinkles to contend with. One last thing, I would mist it with water, it gives the dope less work to do. Hope this helps for future builds 👍🙂
Hi cliff, did not know there was a blue glue stick available. I never use to bother with misting with water back in the day when I was making these. It's all had one thinned down coat of dope and is looking very nice now.
I sometimes thin down cellulose glue with laqqer thinner and use to attach the esaki or domestic tissue...I have used the uhu glue stick which is a superior bond ...then use krylon crystal clear spay to seal the tissue... tutorial at easy built models...give it a look see..great to see modelers share their projects...❤

Thanks for stopping by to watched, Yes i've used uhu glues too, They are all very good.
You can also repositian the tissue with a little isopropyl alcohol, and I mix water and isopropyl to shrink the tissue
