They shot this in Bali, Indonesia. Incidentally, I love watching your different reactions to this MV, Jeff! Taehyun mentioned that this is prolly their most experimental concept. Soobin also mentioned that this MV might be polarising with people, but really glad you enjoyed it. The rest of the album is also pretty interesting, with different sounds across different genres.

They keep outdoing themselves every comeback, like I keep telling myself “OMG this is their best title track” and then they drop a new song

Yes, I've seen multiple people mention that part sounding like Enhypen's "Drunk-Dazed". I can kinda hear it in that small part. Personally I hear many more similarities throughout the whole song to Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger". I love this song, the live stages are already amazing! Beomgyu and Yeonjun in particular are killing it with the facial expressions. You might already know but a lot of the music shows will put out 4k group fancams for the live stages and I find when I want to see the choreo in full and the entire group at once, those are much better than the edited videos from the close-up cameras.

This MV reminds me so much of the Greek myth of the Lotus-eaters. In the myth, Odysseus and his men were shipwrecked on an island where people ate lotus flowers, which caused them to forget their home and loved ones, and only long to stay with their lotus-eaters, making them sleepy, blissful, and apathetic. You can see Yeonjun and Soobin interact with flowers, Kai touches a lizard that changes psychedelic colors, and Taehyun interacts with the wisteria. Beomgyu is like Odysseus, he realizes what is happening and tries to avoid the butterflies that chase him and Yeonjun, who has fully succumbed.

Yes, that two-line ENHYPEN melody, please don't kill him fandoms, other reactors have noticed it too, the groups have the same producers, I commented this when another reactor noticed it as well. Jeff - TXT dropped both the dance practice and their Studio Choom performance. BTW this song is expected to debut #1 on Billboard 200 - just wanted to say thank you, MOA!

Some parts of it does feel like drunk dazed. You catch that on first listen ,it took me 3 to 5 listens to catch that .But no offense this song is very beautiful and splendid in its own way especially txt vocals are just soooo wonderful🙂🙂🙂

Bingo!!! The minute I heard that phrase...I thought immediately it was an exact copy of a phrase in an Enhypen song. So do you think Hybe or Big Hit heard that, but decided to keep it in??? Thanks. I thought I was the only one who heard that. It is an outdoor shoot. So why during part of the song did they go to a stage scene? What is your opinion? Did you like the change to the stage scene?
the stage scene was fine! I don't mind the combination of outdoor and studio shots. just so many comebacks nowadays are shot indoors that this was so refreshing and beautiful! I have a feeling hybe is gonna do like crossovers with their sound (when appropriate for the song) but that's a super early guess considering this is the first time. if we hear another hybe artist do it, then that would confirm it. just a guess tho!
