I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

Both their MMA and MAMA stages were sooo good! Loved the musical theater/ Disney movie like dance break they had for MMA. And yes, their insane body proportions makes it look even more beautiful ❤
I loved their performance as well but it lowkey bothered me how much the camera was zooming out whenever such good dance moves were showed, the dance practice again showed how much of hard work they put in. :)

If you're able to watch the actual stage performance, the background enhances the choreography. I believe you've watched enough TXT MVs to pick up on several cues - the choreography segues through the chapters of their storyline / discography (not everything of course, but some of the moves are iconic and the music helps). This, of course, leads up to the big reveal, which is the title of the next chapter of their comeback in January 2023.

For the first half of this performance, I keep wondering how hard it must have been for them to execute the choreo with percition and agility... People that are classically trained never have a problem with "musical" sounds, because for them it's only natural to dance with that type of music. But for people that are used to dancing on strong beats, that type of music can be pretty challenging.
2:35 not my jaw dropping???? I need you to watch TXT's "The Name Chapter" concept trailer which just came our likee a few minutes ago. Because what you just said hit right on the spot. Their entire MMA performance is a spoiler and hint to their next comeback!

wait till I tell you they practiced this MMA and MAMA performance for 2-3 days only.. when they were overseas. they had to fly all backup dancers, they had little time since they were so busy..
exactly! TXT had been giving us performances with several stories its like a musical.
their tour is called "ACT: LOVESICK" for a reason! everything from its vcrs, stage props, flow of the setlist... and even the banners moa hold! it all flows like difference scenes and acts of a story.
Imagine they were preparing for this while they had the AMAs going on, and their overseas schedules just last week

if mma only had better camerawork then i would've watched their performance on loop but the dance practice is now the one on loop although the last dance break was not here unfortunately

they're a+ performers fr both stages (mma and mama) make them dirty but i was so thankful that they realesed their practices cause' so many beautiful details was missed a/w i'm so proud of them
