The song literally symbolises sugar rush or a addiction rush with the way it progresses. The whole song is fast, the way sugar or addictive substance rushes in your blood vessels. But the stripped down chorus is when the addictive substance reaches your brain and everything suddenly gets slow, and our body goes relaxed and numb.
Then this 'sugar rush' repeats again for the next chorus and in the end it's a fast rushing outro, like an orgasm lol and the song ends.
