2 stroke poor starting diagnosis

Well, the little red Polaris kids quad has come back to haunt me! It turns out that the 'fix' I did last time around just didn't cover all the faults...
Suffering from poor starting, especially when hot, was a real disappointment for the kids so I just had to take a second look...
This is a great example of a common problem I have come across on single cylinder 2 stroke engines & would apply to many of the mopeds, scooters & small capacity air cooled 2 strokes still on the roads today...
