most of it is over F major. the B half dim to E7 = II V is A HMinor
It is important to know what kind of improvisation to do in the 25-movement part of the minor.
A natural minor for the i chord.
A phrygian for the other chords.
So the natural minor for this progression would be D natural minor. This is important because it means that the E7 is not the dominant vi chord and therefore A harmonic minor or E phrygian won't work well over that chord.
It's up to you.
Just an simple Am jam with a ii-V into the IV chord (F), an non-resolving dominant (Bb7) where you can play IV-iv ideas or Lydian dominant. Don't overthink and complicate yourself. A harm minor definitely works on E7...
Don't really like the use of chord scale theory in improvisation which should be based on musical phrases and vocabulary.....
