I spent over 20,000 hrs on TD 15Cs, awesome dozer in their day. That one has no oil in the transmission that why it won't move, probably has a hose gone and lost all the trans oil. The trans oil filler is down near the the RH back corner of the seat, its a long tube with a screw cap and has a long dipstick attached to the cap and holds about 40 gallons of 10 w oil as it supplies oil for the TQ, Trans, bevel gear and steering system. If the hrs are genuine it hasn't done much work, she is too good to scrap thats for sure
Fix it! I love your enthusiasm and humor. Who wouldn't want to work with you guys? Your inspiring others to fix and bring back the old iron monsters that are abandoned and neglected. Thanks Bruce and crew!
Hey Mr Wilson! I'm a truck driver from eastern North Carolina. I watch all your videos and want to say keep up the good work! ..2 thumbs up 👍 very nice channel!!
That would be a great project! I wish that you had more people wanting to fix it up ! The engine runs like new ! It’s worth the effort to get it driving again!
Internationals, TD series dozers were some of the best ever built. I have a td 15, and. Td9 that I would put up against any other dozer of the same size.
You shouldn’t need a crane to move it. Get a traveling axle trailer like landoll. Disconnect the drives. Chain the blade up some and winch the machine on. Working for tow truck companies, I did lots of recovery’s with dead and broken machines.
I logged a-lot of hours in one just like it, would be sweet to see her work again there nice machines. Hearing that turbo scream again brought back some old times.
I’m sure it’s just a blown hydraulic line(s) in the belly of the machine. See if you can spot the leak from up top. If not, pull a belly pan and replace what’s busted. Hopefully the pump isn’t toast due to running without oil. Would love to see a part 2 with it moving or at least the attempt. That thing shouldn’t have an issue crawling out of its hole, if it’s functioning properly of course. Keep the will it starts coming!
Save her. She will be a fantastic project. Love her turbo sound. Remember love, for old machines and women. Is very expensive. But we love them anyway 😉
I’m waiting for the day you start selling heavy equipment. Like C&C Equipment on UA-cam. They buy auction equipment, CDL trucks and fix them up. Then sell them
The transmission shifter on the left ,I noticed you didn't leave it in the gear position long enough to build up pressure to move ,its not instantaneous ,probably needs a lot of oil ,awesome start for sitting so long
I have a TD15c it’s a pushing beast!!! It’s sad to see this one in much neglect. You could have the guy who owns is sell it to collens equipment in Dresden Tennessee. He would buy it for parts!
My thoughts exactly. Mechanics 101, check all fluids before starting. But then it's not theirs, so I guess they don't care about other peoples property. Priority given to view counts instead.
Being a TD15C, the motor is a DT466 w/ turbo. I run a '74 IH 175C Track Loader.... Same frame.... I've been looking for one of these.... any more let me know... 😀
There's probably not enough trans fluid to make it work. It would be tough to drop the belly pan with the dozer sunk so deep. Imagine what that thing would look like with a good powerwashing!
I’d love to see you do a restoration on it but I know you have to go 💩 poop! I know how that goes lol do go 💩 poop and will see you Ryan and the crew next time !😎🦅🇺🇸👍🏻
my tip for that ole inter dozer would be: > fix it up and make it opperable condition > have some fun with it > go to a construction site and help them fellas with it
pretty cool things you guys do.i have a friend from the 80s he loves and buys old military trucks in mn.he has a special dump truck its a westeren star long nose 13 speed big cam cummins sitting back in the woods looks like a pete cab it had fancy paint on it but its fading every year pretty cool ole dump truck still runs and moves and works he doesent do social media but theirs cool stuff out there hidden duel stacks even
It’s a good those are just need some love. I never expected it to run that good. Wow. yeah, I think once you fix the tranny in that thing, you’ll be ready to push dirt again and put a new blade on it.
I think it would be a great project for the channel to restore this unit!
Agreed!
Agreed
lmfao. bruce don’t work on shit. He sends it to shops or buys new
You should purchase it and fix it where it sits to get it to move. Everyone will watch that. You know they will if you do it.
Will never ever happen. He would start and it would sit for the next 10 years
Sure did miss the will it start videos. Can’t believe how quick you got that Dozer to crank. Excellent job my man excellent job!!👏👏👏
it starting caught him by surprise too.

Great old dozer. I run the older version of this unit a lot. The C model like this one has the DT466 engine. Fix the leaks and drive it home!
Doubt that

That engine is STRONG..you can use it in something bruce..it starts up quicker than both of your peterbilts😄
You got jokes😂

Thanks Bruce and crew!
bs, they just gave up.
I think it would be great to see this dozer restored on the channel
Save it! It has a lot of life left in it!
Hey Mr Wilson! I'm a truck driver from eastern North Carolina. I watch all your videos and want to say keep up the good work! ..2 thumbs up 👍 very nice channel!!
Go Pirates!!
That would be a great project! I wish that you had more people wanting to fix it up ! The engine runs like new ! It’s worth the effort to get it driving again!
That transmission takes 35 gallons (it has a torque converter). It has the IH DT466 engine, and it weighs around 25K.
its leaking so not worth wasting 35 gallons just to see it wasted on the ground.
I had a 1066 with the same motor. Stout!!
900$ in transmission oil just for it to leak out, yeah f that 😂
Internationals, TD series dozers were some of the best ever built. I have a td 15, and. Td9 that I would put up against any other dozer of the same size.
I spent a lot of time on a T D 15. That started up extremely easy. Excellent job , looks like she needs new pins rollers and grouzers. $$$$$$😃
Yeah not worth the money, just get one that's already running for about the same price of trying to get this one decent
You shouldn’t need a crane to move it. Get a traveling axle trailer like landoll. Disconnect the drives. Chain the blade up some and winch the machine on. Working for tow truck companies, I did lots of recovery’s with dead and broken machines.
The cow when you started it was like “heck! The last time this ram I was a kid”🤣😂 running all scared
Those old IH engines were some of the best running engines. Great to see this old dozer running again!
That's why ford borrowed them. 7.3 was great until ford thought they could make their own. 😅
6:01 I was thinking the exact same thing, bruce did that sound so perfect 🤣
Glad you got this dozer running bro

So amazing how easily it started and how well it runs. 👍

This Dozer is well worth the time pick up hose leak all the time. Need to take off under cartage pan take a look.
THEIRS NO OTHER AMAZING SOUND THAN A BIG DIESEL ENGINE WITH A SWEET SOUNDING TURBO. WHAT A SOUND. 🫶🏻💯👍

Yes definitely restore it
Can't beat old internationals always start so easy and run smooth as a whistle
Restore that Ole Girl!! This is the content I joined for not that Brand new BS.
That dozer definitely has a strong engine
That turbo sound is great!
That turbo though..... sounds fresh
Would be awesome to see even a partial restoration on the dozer
That motor might be worth buying just by itself. Put it in a tractor or a donor semi. Just a thought. Torque monster!
I think you should buy it and take it home. My dad has a TD 15 E and it’s a great dozer. I think you could make a pretty decent profit off that one
It's been awhile since you restored something, watched the whole series on blue collar that was awesome loved that content
I think you guys should revisit this project and see if you can fix the major leak and see if can make it move
Restoration!
Hell yeah brothers!! Let’s see if we can find the big one
I have a TD15c it’s a pushing beast!!! It’s sad to see this one in much neglect. You could have the guy who owns is sell it to collens equipment in Dresden Tennessee. He would buy it for parts!
That old diesel sounds fantastic. Would love to see this dozer restored.
Sheesh that dozer sounds GOOD. Revs perfect, turbo sounds great, like it just got shut down last night 😂
Running it with no oil in a hydraulic tank or transmission. You just are shaking Hands With Danger!
My thoughts exactly. Mechanics 101, check all fluids before starting. But then it's not theirs, so I guess they don't care about other peoples property. Priority given to view counts instead.
Good looking piece of equipment, it just needs a little TLC and it'll be fine.
@dieselcreek needs to come get it
That cow sure was eyeballing Randy, sure they might not have a past? 😮😅
Lichen are liking that machine.
Looks like it has pretty low hours. We have a 90s Cat mini load IT with over 50k hours still running like brand new.
Hell yes!!! Restoration the old beauty!
Leave the dozer take the cow... sounded like Ryan liked its tongue 🤣
Diesel engine is out of this world and the engineering of this beast is another level.
Yes
Get it bought Bruce would love to see you restore this.
restore!
Glad to see that thing get some work done to it
Nice old dozer. Funny how the cow wanted to play😅😅
That turbo sounds crisp and mint bud!!!
ABSOLUTELY ------> OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!! 🙂

One of the best little old stool dozer I have a 250 td perfect all rounder
Do a pressure washing job on it .
It would get a million views.
Hello from Siesta Key Florida
Its great to watch that dozer back to life.
It’s sounds great👍👍
you need to make a check list for when ever you do a will it start that way you have all that you will need
There's probably not enough trans fluid to make it work. It would be tough to drop the belly pan with the dozer sunk so deep. Imagine what that thing would look like with a good powerwashing!
I want to see the thing get restored, I think it would be. Great project for this challenge
Those TD 15 were good dozers, I have spent a lot of time on one
I’d love to see you do a restoration on it but I know you have to go 💩 poop! I know how that goes lol do go 💩 poop and will see you Ryan and the crew next time !😎🦅🇺🇸👍🏻

Every shop should have a boltben like that❤

Great job, with the wimpiest cables on a remote starter I've ever seen. No wonder they got hot. 24 volts will get anything hot.
Whould love to see this thing fixed up and in good condtion, you should restore it👍
I know that on lawn tractors there is a switch in the seat. Maybe just for the hell of it sit on the seat and then put it in gear. Who knows!
Would love to see it fixed up. Loved the will it start as I always do. Hope you buy it and fix er up
You guys really should do a restoration project weather be an old tractor or an old dozer or old excavator just as long as it’s old
Fix it! Would be a cool project for the channel!
New hose and about another 25-30 gallons of trans fluid and you should have a moveable dozer.
Can’t wait to watch u get that dozer back pushing dirt again
I think it would be a good project to get it moving. That motor runs & sounds good. Great video !
That is nuts how easily it started.
Save it.
Needs to be restored
I believe the handle on the left has to be in the up position for it to move just saying it sure it doesn’t hurt to try

Please restore.. im a new subscriber.. i fell in love with this dozer.. please dont break my heart.. please restore it 😢
I will add my vote let's see it fixed!!!
Love to see it fixed and working
It will be the transmission broken input shaft. I owned one of these here in Australia!!!
It would be great to restore it, the engine sounds great and it starts without a hassle.
I love these definitely would like too know the prices of things you would bye thanks for another good video Bruce!
1:12: this thing is H E A V Y
It would have run if it had new desil in it.
@@PaulDavis-kp1vt Yes, most likely, but there was also a big oil leak
Get in touch with C&C he'll let you know if it's worth saving.
Can't believe how good the motor sounded
You guys should fully restore it and throw in a big block chevy v8, that will be really cool
Great video to watch on my DOT 30. Thanks for the entertainment
