    My swimming was transformed by the guidance provided in this video series. Using the shoulders to lead the rotation of the body, as opposed to the hips, made my stroke, rotation, and breathing much more effective and efficient. Thank you Mr. Dual!

    I saw a theory by a strait-crossing swimmer that is to rotate 90 Degree so you pull on your side to minimize water resistance. I think 90 Degree might be hard to achieve and disputable but I am going to that direction now.

      Proper core body rotation is key in activating the core while you swim. I would suggest to do a few laps where you work on rotation and see how it effects your swim times.
