I have serious dry eye and use Systane Ultra, but what really helped is using Castor Oil on my whole eyelid each night. Evidently it does lubricate oil glands under lids. I have been to my opthomologist and tried everything else. I couldn't believe this worked!

Try taking Fish Oil tablets for dry eye. I had Lasik surgery, had to use steriod eye drops, not just eye drops if needed. The Fish Oil tablets made my eyes to be wetter. Hope it helps.

Tara, I have extreme dry eye (diagnosed). I am on Restasis drops which requires a prescription from my optometrist. If you sleep on one side always, it could be your pillowcase and the detergent you use. The dry eye is horrible. I literally was having double vision when driving. Warm compresses on your eyes can help to open the tear ducts. I hope you find some relief. It is not fun. ❤

Good call to purge your makeup and get all new stuff! See if that works. I had that once, but with my armpits?? It was so random. But I purged my razor and deodorant stick and then it all cleared up!! Maybe something hiding in the makeup. Hope it works!

I have one eye like this, it's so annoying. I am using a humidifier at night and a nasal saline spray to help moisturize things, that seems to be helping.

How much were your hair extensions?
If you had to go back and do Lasik again would you do it?? I’ve been considering it for a while but hearing about your eye is making me nervous..

It's hard to say because I'm not 100% sure if the issues I'm having are from the lasik. I think I still would, I would just go back and be really diligent about using lubricating eye drops after the procedure
I did it 5 years ago and absolutely love it.
Buy covix nasal and gargle could be solution. Use going out its helpful.
Doesn’t make sense to throw things out if it isn’t spreading from one eye to the other.
It’s not pink eye.
Most likely it’s a result of laser and also a formula change in a product or a new allergy to something.
Once cleared you should start with face makeup then add another product on each day or every few days until you find what’s triggering it then you’ll know what product it is that’s causing the reaction if any
Also, red hair would make your skin tone look warmer and take years off u! Try it x
My eyes are so extremely sensitive. I can’t wear eyeliner anymore or my eyes will swell shut. Also the only makeup I can use now is 100% pure. They have some really good stuff. I haven’t tried their liner simply bc I’m used to not wearing it anymore. Good luck 🌸
After my lasik surgery back in 2009, my eyes get so irritated and dry all the time.
You need to try specifically hypoallergenic makeup like Physicians Formula or Almay. Maybe you’re like me and allergic to talc.

My dry eyes have been AWFUL. This year. It happens to me when the pollen hits and I look terrifying. It will be interesting to see what the ophthalmologist has to say. If it's not pink eye or contagious I wouldn't think you need to keep replacing your makeup. It could just be it's irritating your dry eye when you wear it. I hope you get some relief soon. I know it's so frustrating.
Also, you can spray those powder products like the highlighter with alcohol to sanitize it.

You eye issues sound familiar. I recall you used chanel foundation as do I and I’m wondering if that is the culprit. I know a lot of the ingredients have changed over the last few year, things that were fine now irritate my skin, etc. My eye symptoms started last summer.
Have you ever had surgery on your eyes ?
Have you quit wearing eye make up for a while to see if make up is the problem

I think its just your cornea being cracked your eye is now very sensitive. So makeup or mascara will irritate. I have such sensitive and dry eyes that when i wear eye contacts im constantly applying drops cause i noticed mascara will affect them w contacts on etc.
I think it's makeup peacause have a problem with mascara too i always have red eyes and i always change them i hope you feel better 💕

Love your hair-color is so pretty!! Remember to wash your makeup brushes as it will keep them nice and clean and they’ll last longer. Also, unfortunately, do not let your girls use your makeup and brushes. Keep it all out of their reach. They need their separate stuff.
Why did you throw all that makeup away before seeing the ophthalmologist? I haven’t watched the whole video, maybe you changed your mind. It just doesn’t make sense to throw everything away before seeing the specialist.

You post pictures & video of your daughter using your makeup. Maybe it's some kind of contamination from her using it?
They don't use my make up that I use daily. They use my backstock stuff that's in my vanity that I mainly just keep for them

It’s a shame you’re throwing out makeup and brushes multiple times that costs hundreds of dollars due to dry eye from lasik.
But it has to be done.
