Now here is my advice get a low shade 2x4 lense, duck tape that fucker to your camera and teach some of these viewers some welding tricks. Like arc wander, penetration, root pass, fill passes, stacking beads, not stacking beads consistantly creating low spots. I've been watching welders on UA-cam for a couple years the most successful channels are teaching people little tricks welding and here is the kicker some of the little shits couldn't weld a pipe if their family's lives depended on it! Check out welding tips and tricks channel if you haven't most successful welding channel take some of his content and put your own twist on it. What’s the best way to get hired on as a helper? I’ve been a shop welder and done bridge welding for 16 years but done know anyone in the pipeline industry. What is your advice for starting from scratch? I want to be a rig welder and have the ability just no experience and I want to do it the right way. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
