    In India, risk takers I.e. entrepreneurs are not respected. Ease of doing business is only on paper. Eg. If a small IT company or online marketing company employing about 25 to 20 employees, starts a business in a rented residential premises, the local govt will not allow it unless tax on rented premises is increased from residential status to commercial status. The tax on commercial premises could be 3 to 4 times of residential premises. This leads to rampant corruption. While lawyers are allowed to start their services from residential premises it is allowed but for a small IT company, or online marketing company it is not allowed . Why so ? Then there are complicated GST and Income tax laws which are not people friendly. So people do not wish to become enterprenuers. They would be rather contended to be job seekers.

      India is heavily dominated by a few elites which makes it difficult also such a reliance & adani. They even ventured into retail and consumer market which government are suppose to promote to SMEs. i was offered a job in india and gosh the package offered is not transparent. Its offered in Cost to Company (CTC) with many hidden cost and taxes which the number i find it hard to believe. For example, they mentioned housing for expats will be USD 1,900/month in CTC for a 2 bedroom apartment in Gujarat excluding utilities and i have to pay the tax !. That's even more expensive than in Dubai ! I just want to know my net salary after tax and that they are not able to provide the right info most likely because it will not look attractive enough. So yeah, no offence but i do feel that India has complicated system which discourage SMEs and investments.

      This is called industry monopoly. This is exactly the same as the caste system. The poor will always be able to work in low-end and low-level service industries, recycling garbage. But the real money is in the hands of a very small number of wealthy people, such as Tata. The Modi government is their accomplice and profits from it.

    • @geofflepper3207
      @geofflepper3207 Місяць тому +18

      Almost every region of India now has a fertility rate below replacement level.
      India's population will keep increasing for a while but only because currently there are a lot of young people at the age when people have children and there are relatively few elderly people at the age when people pass away.
      China, Japan, Korea and other countries also have parents who want their children to get married and to produce grandchildren but young people are not having many babies anyway.
      I don't know if India's fertility rate will fall as low as it is in those countries but I think it likely that India's fertility rate will continue to fall because that is what has happened in almost every country in the world.
      In Iran the fertility rate fell from 5.5 to 1.5 in barely more than one generation.
      Don't be surprised if in ten years India's fertility rate is just 1.5.

Most of youth running behind same job, like for 100 vacancy there will be thousands of students..after graduation many feel inferiority in doing low status job. Everyone wants white collar govt job and waste youth in preparation of govt exams and there r limitations from govt tooo. How many jobs govt can give u actually.. Again how much skilled students are! Have only two children in the house from now on. There are plenty of places on Earth who would actually pay for people to come and live there so that their towns could flourish. Government of India muat talk with other governments of other nations and where there is a scarcity of young manpower, India can supply.
    People can thus get resident permits in these places that need manpower and can return to India after years of work. Or, if they choose, they can get citizenship there.
    Also, create as much jobs as possible over here.

    Follow work time 40 hrs in week.
    One person working for 1.5 -2.0 person. Means one doing work for 2.
    Correct Salary slab : Two people are employed with one people salary.
    It’s an example of, we may not only increase the job market only, we need to build robust regulations around it.
