Happy Sunday guys! Sorry for the slightly later upload on this one, was having some trouble with my editor! Hope you guys enjoy these tips and have a wonderful week! Cheers!
Agreed with investing in timeless piece and finding the right fit and/or brand. I emphazise in my channel how the right brand that works for your body is what you need to invest with.
Really great video! These are often tips that I would tell my friends who are just getting into fashion as well. I should just point them to this video in the future!
That’d be great mate thanks! Really tried to consider everything with this one whether you’re a beginner or someone trying to get to that next level you know!
Great video and tips! I think the first tip is something people shouldn’t be too hard on themselves about. Maybe I’m just saying that to justify how many styles I’ve gone through since my teens. Every time, I’d tell myself, “This is how I’m going to dress for the rest of my life,” and now I just look back and laugh at it. When it comes to accessories and jewelry, I used to feel the same-I thought the only thing a man could wear was a watch. One tip that helped me ease into wearing jewelry daily, especially rings, was buying a cheap pack from H&M to see if I liked it before investing in expensive pieces.
Yeah totally agree, that’s a good a tip in itself to be honest! Yeah accessories are definitely one to be considered too, doesn’t all have to be expensive gold and silver especially as a beginner! I still have some brass and steel rings I love!
A big thing I do, especially for my expensive stuff like trench coats is that I wear an outfit that I know I would want to wear with it. This way I dont show up wearing something super casual with a more business style trench coat. Ofc you mention this 30 seconds after I comment lol
I have fomo now! I went for the Maison Margiela By The Fireplace (which is amazing btw) rather than Jazz Club but now I’m thinking that I need that too! 😩
In a few years i went from only doing creative work as a freelancer to doing it at million dollar companies and my biggest issue is that I have amazing items, that are high quality, but leans rather street style, so I'm often struggling to dress it up. So i have noticed that I need neutrals in terms of formality as well to really build my best wardrobe, so instead of sweats or fancy suit trousers, go for an easy pant that is comfy but still rather formal and for everyday wear to the grocery store picking a black denim over sweats helps a lot and probably the most important: choosing a knitwear, crewneck sweater or polo instead of a hoodie is key.
Lovely video, but everyone definitely needs a suit as you can't control when a funeral might happen and the stress of having to find one quickly is not something you want to be worrying about in that moment.
My big one was dont buy things just because it is on sale. I would not want to pay $90 for a piece, but if it was on sale at $40 all of a sudden I would buy it. And then kind of have it just sit in the wardrobe.

Definitely know what you mean dude! Focussing on items that can do it all for you in your everyday life is super important!
