    Hello beautiful! Do you consider that a *big* coffee in the middle of the morning + *normal* one after lunch is it too much? I am recovering, and my blood analyses definetly prove that, but just very very slowly...

      Big coffee is subjective! If you've eaten plenty before hand and want a coffee in the morning, that might be ok. If you're trying lots of things and not seeing progress, MAYBE it's a good idea to make your coffee smaller or cut it out. They're all options worth trying!
