Ingredients :
oil - 4 -5 tbsp
Eggs - 6
onions - 4onions
fenugreek leaves - 2 bunch
Tamarind juice - 1cup
Curry leaves - 15-20
Green chilli - 4,5
Tomatoes - 4
Turmeric powder - Half tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 and half tbsp
water - 1 cup (Same as tamarind juice )
Coriander leaves for garnish.
