How can you tell if your issue is the Blower Control Mod or the Climate Control Module ? 2004 Trailblazer fan only works on the high speed & air blows from right side vents only? Thanks
My blower is not blowing my dash control feels hot too.. do you think my dash control and control module and wire might be the problem also? Thanks in advance..
I did the permanent fix for it my blower motor turning off and on intermmitently on my 2003 Silverado. I bought an "add a circuit." I bought the 30 amp one. I pulled the 30 amp fuse out in the cab for the heater/AC hvac system and plugged in the add a circuit that has 2, 30 amp fuses in it with a pig tail coming out of it. I connected 8 ft of 14 gauge electrical wire to it with a butt connector. I ran the other end to the blower motor on the passenger side of the cab. I cut the pig tail off of the blower motor(the blower motor just has 2 wires coming out of it. A red and a black wire. I connected it to the red wire. The black wire on the blower motor I connected an eyelet to it and connected it to one of the glove box hinge screws which was a good ground. I cut the 8 ft piece of wire right above the transfer case shifter and installed a toggle switch from walmart. Now I can turn my blower motor off and on with that toggle switch. I only have high fan speed, but I don't care.

@matt Harvey Yes. Here it is on ebay. "DC12V PWM Fan Governor Speed Control With Knob 2-3/4Wire Switch Fan Regulation-" They have a resistor inside of them. That is how it controls the fan speed.
Same issues, is your truck blowing cold at all? Also my ac compressor clicks on then off constantly, even when ac is off and truck is running.. I only get warm air, when unit is running. Thoughts?
Hey Dustin I have 2004 Chevy suburban I have reaplace blower motor module every thing you can possibly do to get blower motor to come on except change climate control does the climate control your blower to I know it control the speed
i have an 06 Escalade thats doing the same thing. aiming the vents, temperature and everything else works, but the fan speed will not come up all the way. sometimes turning the whole unit off will make the fan run all the way up, or slowly adjusting the speed will do it too.
It would be nice if you actually KNEW what you were talking about instead of just saying you're gonna show us and link to ANOTHER VIDEO. You can subscribe to the theory of 1) Tell 'em what you're gonna Tell 'em. 2) Tell 'em. and 3) Tell 'em what you told 'em. BUT you have to do it all in ONE video. Not strung out and scattered all over the universe so that it takes a scavenger hunt to get what we need. GOOD GRIEF Charlie Brown. I just wasted 2.40 of my life watching you tell me something without telling me ANYTHING AT ALL. Don't worry, though, you'll get my bill for time spent.

My AC works fine but just noticed that there wasn't any reading on the climate control it was blank. Any thoughts?
Was your battery going dead because the blower was continuously running after the truck was off

You figure it out?
The ac unit controls in the dash needed to be replaced.
Thanx so much Dustin , my control module doesnt lower the temperature it stays at around 75°. And here in deep south Texas Lord knows we love our ac.
Amen buddy! My pleasure to help
That is the resistor not the module. The module is the control panel you're using to change the fan speed and temp.
Could be both. I replaced my resistor and fan still would shut off intermittently. Was the module
Wrong

Yes it does
I have no power to my heater ac control unit
I have 06 Yukon. Very low blower power and dont have heat or ac unless the vehicle is moving. Any idea what that could be.
I have the same truck with the same issue. Did you ever get it diagnosed?
@@samlevy3181 it was the resistor
I used doorman and two new ones didn't work. Put a ac Delco in and it worked instantly
Thinking of doing same. Mine is acting up.
The air won't come out the vents for the face it fine every where else

I think this may be your issue. Mine was completely random, but those were symptoms
Same here on the escalade. Did you ever find out what it was?
