No i don't unfortunately i had to use a pad because my period was a heavy flow and the tampon wasn't cutting it
One time I was in the school bathroom and a girl asked “Is there anyone in the bathroom? I need help putting a tampon in.” I’ve never used a tampon so I couldn’t help her but I responded with “I’m here. I’ve never used one but I can put a friend on the phone and she can help.” Long story short, the girl got the tampon in and my friend was that girl’s savior.

Question! Do you know when theres like enough blood to take it out (even if theres no blood on the string)? I’ve wondered how women know when to take them out because what if you bleed more or less than the last time you used a tampon.
it doesn't matter how much blood is on it. you just have to change it within a certain timespan
@@nnn7886well I have a really light flow so I just wait until eight hours is up but for a heavier flow wear a panty liner underneath at first and keep track of how many hours it takes before there is blood in the panty liner. Then you can start taking out your tampon a little bit before the amount of time it takes to fill up so you don’t leak

It IS a horrible experience.
Years ago, I was at the pool and about to do a dive when my foot slipped off the edge and I landed on my yk,,,,,
Let's just say there was a lot of bruising and the impact caused cuts as well.
I bled quite a bit and got sent to the hospital.
When we got home my mom gave me her pads to use due to the blood.
Keep in mind this was before I got my first period so I had never used a pad before.
I guess it was good practice ? 🤷♀
After 2-3 weeks it healed up but damn was it painful af and my most traumatizing experience ever (I kinda sugar coated the story here so people don't get as disturbed-).
My whole body cringed reading this story. I can't imagine the pain you must have felt 😬

For my first period, I don’t have anything with me. I had to ask a friend for a pad but they only had a tampon. So I took it because it was better than bleeding out onto my underwear and pants. I put it in and had a good first experience until I bleed through the tampon. My flow was very heavy and didn’t know at the time their was different flows.

Once I was in the hallway with my friend and I didnt know I was on my period and my friend saw the blood and said “Ew why is your butt bleeding thats gross” I realized that she was talking about my period so I ran to the bathroom and when I came back to to tell her “it’s just my period it’s not gross and please don’t say that” she said “I’m not friends with people who’s butts bleed” then I said “but it’s gonna happen to you one day too…” and she said “no it won’t!!! We aren’t friends anymore” I got over it pretty fast since I had other friends (thankfully) but anyways I love your vids❤️

I’d you do here is a story from me:
I was sitting in 6th grade drama and have not got my period yet so don’t know what if feels like. I move over to my best friend and see a small blood stain on the ground, When I move I see another one, Imminently I grabbed my bag of supplies rushed to the bathroom and rushed to the bathroom. Turns out my ‘friend’ (not the same one) thought it was funny to stick a watermelon popsicle on the bench at lunch, and when I went to sit down, nobody mentioned I sat on it. (drama was right after lunch)
Yesterday I used a tampon for the first time and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and I probably will only use pads when I have a very light flow!

I have a first period horror story 😭 ok so I was at a water park… WITH MY ENTIRE GRADE and I was going down a water slide with my bestie and we came out at the end and I got outa the water and blood DRIPPED FROM MY BATHING SUIT EBERYWHERE… I didn’t notice bc I was already whet from the water and it was trickling down my leg and I saw my crush doing some surfing wave thing and I went over there and I noticed him staring at me. But then I noticed some others and looked down… I HAD BEEN WALKING AROUND WHERE MY ENTIRE GRADE SAW ME HAPPILY TROTTING WITH BLOOD SPILLING FROM MY CAT the worst part is my bestie never said anything my crushes friend did and I ran to the bathroom and the weird teacher no one liked came in and had to comfort me 😢

I once had to borrow a tampon at work. The only one available was the one with the cardboard applicator. Put in it and then discovered it was uncomfortable. I had to wait an hour to go back to the bathroom to realize the cardboard applicator was still stuck to the tampon.

Omg I love these! Tampon story, I got it in easily but it was at the end of my period. Then I thought any other size of a tampon wouldn’t fit in me so I used a light tampon! But I took it out right after I put it in!!!! It hurt so bad❤

Any tips on how to hide period stuff on the way to the bathroom? At school I can never figure out how to bring stuff to change so I wear a super tampon’s with an overnight pad on and then just take out the tampon at the end of school day!!
I have had mine for a little over a year now and I am in 7th grade(so I got mine at almost 12 years old which I would say is pretty average)
if you bring a small bag you can put them in there pockets or your lunchbox. also school is like 7-9 hours for middle schoolers so i reccomend changing your tampon twice or more to reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome, hope this helps!

I would suggest putting one in your pocket or hiding it in your sleeve when carrying it to the bathroom
My mum told me that it was fine to wear tampons for 8 hours... I have emetophobia which makes me scared of using public restrooms cos of the risk, including school bathrooms, so that morning I stuck in a tampon and went to school and then I was planning to take it out when i got home but mum took me shopping and it ended up being in there for 9 hours and it was really painful down there for the next week.... I havent used one since 😅😅

One time i had a really heavy flow like really bad and i had a tampon in and bled through in like 30 minutes i went to take it out and out came a second tampon...guess i forgot to take my last one out. I now use cups and they are lifesavers

My first time putting in a tampon was when I was dry because my friend just got hers and we had a pool party the next day so she brought a pack and I asked if I could try one. So I did and couldn’t get it out. I cried for an hour or so then got the courage to pull it out let’s just say that hurt! Then a couple months later I got my period and was fed up with pads so I went to the co op and brought a pack and used it. It was a success.

At the end of 6th grade I got my period. My mom told two of my friends moms and she got my friends mom to go and get me tampons and the other mom to teach me how to put it in with my other friends sitting on my bed dying laughing but I was still scared to pot one in so I was not aloud to swim!
The first time I used a tampon I had no issue. I am so grateful nothing bad happened.
The first time I used a tampon I left plastic applicator inside I didn’t realize I had to take it out. I didn’t try tampons ago for a again months but I had a group I was with we went to the pool every Tuesday so I bought tampons that were compact and I had to figure out how to put in I had a hard time getting in but I finally got it in. Then I searched how to put in a tampon and I had no trouble ever since. Some they hurt if they are too heaven for my flow that day so I get a regular tampon.
I once left one part of the plastic on the tampon by accident. I was in the bathroom with my mom. It wasn't my first time using it. Mine was too heavy and I would have bleed thru. I told her I have used them before but I watched a video and just learned how to use them on my own.I let my mom know so I didn't ruin the bed sheets and ask if I can put it inside and she can watch me. To make sure I put it in right because it was the last one and it was 3:00 a.m. I have never let the plastic on before. It was a cardboard applicator

we had a really strict teacher in grade 7, one day i felt myself bleeding and i have a very heavy flow (low iron), i walked to him and asked him to go to the bathroom and that point i could feel it going down my legs (luckily i was wearing black jeans).
he said no, at that point i had to go really bad. i sat down in my chair for a few minutes, and asked him again he still said no, i was really angry and frustrated so i stormed out of the class and went to the bathroom and did what i had to do. I still got detention for not having a hall pass.

I was at Disney, on my second period ever (very different from my first) and i was sick of walking 20k+ steps in a pad. so i took a regular tampon (first mistake- start out light) and somehow managed to get it in, but not all the way. this was when i realized i wasn’t bleeding enough for one. i tried to get it out and i realized it was stuck. Then my genius kicked in and i hopped in the shower (detachable shower head in the hotel) and managed to wet the tampon enough to remove it. I felt so relieved to not have anyone else have to know about that 😭
My friend but in a tanpon over night but she hardly bleed so it was super dry so she couldnt get it out bc it was so sore so she got a calpole sirinch of water and put it in to wet it and it worked so she got it out
I had never tried a tampon before, but after watching some of Sharon’s videos, I decided to try it! I tried it a few days ago and it really wasn’t that bad! (It felt uncomfortable though) It’s not that hard to put in, but I was struggling at first. But something was weird because I could feel the tampon even after inserting it fully (I couldn’t see any cotton) and when I would sit down or walk around, I could feel it! Does anyone have any tips so that I don’t feel the tampon? Thank you!
Edit: I’ll come back in a month and see if there are any tips, and if there are, I’ll try them out and see! Thanks again!
Maybe it's angled the wrong way? Or it might be the wrong size. If you can feel it and it's uncomfortable, maybe go for a size smaller. Hope this helps! 😊
Keep pushing it until it wont go any further, the opening will tighten as it gets used to the tampons but if your struggling with uncomfortableness then get the ones with applicators and make sure it slide in properly and then press the applicater up

My first tampon: I basically had to swim, it hurt and my mom said I probably put it in wrong, so I asked to sit out, ofc my coaches are nice and they said yes. I went through 3 hours of pain down there, after I had to stand for 2 hours while painting, once it was time to take it out, apparently my flow wasn't as heavy when removing it, so it hurt to take it out, I sat on the toilet crying scared that it would get infected. My mom had to come in and take it out, I haven't tried it ever since.

So my junior year of highschool i was in history class and i needed to change my tampon, so i made a pass on my computer and my teacher ignored it, I cancelled it refreshed my page and made another one and raised my hand a I said "can i use the bathroom I can't wait, he responded "you need to stay in class and wait until lunch (which was like an hour away and i was already starting to bleed through, i could feel it) I asked him again and he finally let me go, I got up picked up my period bag and started to walk out and my teacher stopped me and said "whats in the bag" I ignored him and walked out, when I got back he pulled me aside after class and told me that ignoring him was disrespectful behavior, he said that he was going to take my bag if I didn't tell him what was in it. So I told him "I have female products in this bag, why is it your concern" and he said "Next time if you don't show me what's in the bag , You'll be sent to the office.

So one day I had js woken up for school, and my bsf had called saying “Dude are you alone?” I then replied “yea why, are u okay?” She then told me that she got her period and she put a tampon in. Then she started to go into detail saying, “So I put it in and then my Mom says you gotta shove it up there more” then she told me her mom grabbed the freaking tampon and shoved inside her. After that my bsf had fainted and that’s why she was late to school that day. I will never forget this story even if we stop being friends😂
It’s was them middle of the school day and I got my period at recess when there were 3 other classes outside with me,the FEMALE TEACHER said that either I suck it up and wait or go inside and walk through the whole lunch room wile the middle school were in there,long story short I got my friend to quickly rush in the door wile the door was open and cover me wile going through the lunch room(the teacher got me and my friend detention and still works there)
