@@mahek_art thank you. I don't always feel as strong as everyone says I am, but I guess you can't really experience strength until you struggle to carry the weight. It upsets me so much that there are men who actually believe this. Mental health doesn't just affect one gender it affects everyone and in different ways. I really wish people would do actual research before making claims like that. I'm doing ok now, not good, but ok. I'm surviving and right now that's all I need.

Men in period simulator struggle at 3… yet say we’re the dramatic ones😂 look up fkg period simulator tests the women stand all the way to 10 meanwhile they cant not scream at 7…. Our pain is valid just hope they could see where our strength is! Yes you can lift heavy but my pelvis can break apart and put itself together😅 i can deal with pains you can’t imagine for a week without getting special treatment… crazy

My wife did the period simulator and said the pain in the period simulator and the real thing are not comparable. I went to 10, it was extremely intense and uncomfortable but I wouldn’t say it’s the worse thing I’ve experienced. It was more uncomfortable than it was painful.

Every month, a person who is female goes through a whole f***ing week of bleeding, having to buy tampons/pads pretty often. And it’s not just that. Women also have to experience painful cramps, bloating, and a lot more. Don’t you DARE lecture me, a woman who actually has experience with these periods, about how a period happens. Periods are THE worst. They come unannounced with cramps that have been proven so sometimes be as painful as a heart attack. We have to suffer for long periods of time and buy expensive products and STILL bleed threw our favorite pants. If your like me you also find it hard to sleep on your period.
I go through everything you do. Also it makes me super nauseated and dizzy and completely changes my appetite and as someone who is already a super picky eater (probably cus I have autism) it literally makes everything impossible.

Yeah i can tell you from an intersex person who has experienced being hit in the balls and period cramps that being hit in the balls isnt even a 2 on the period cramp 1 to 10 scale. In high school, a girl kicked me in the balls as hard she could because she was dared to do it. I legitimately passed out and had to go to the ER. I peed blood for a couple days and eventually, after i graduated college, I found out my sperm count was next to nothing. The urologist and the fertility doctor both agreed that the incident was a leading cause of as one of my testicles is essentially nonfunctioning. I don’t know what the means to you in terms of pain, but it was traumatizing and changed how I interacted with women for a while.

Your parents just need to be educated that it's normal. Maybe watch some of Sharon's videos whilst they're around or something. Idk it's difficult. You just need to tell them it's something most people with uteruses experience and nothing to be ashamed of.
