I’m glad you mentioned the curls gel I bought it a while ago and everyone loved it but I felt like it dried my hair out and I didn’t understand why now I know! I was disappointed about mane choice when I recently found out, they’re my favorite brand and their products work so well for me but I can’t wait to try more black owned products I haven’t tried yet!

Well, your first video did help me decide to pick up some Treluxe products. I love your results using them! I haven't had a wash day yet, but I heard that their leave in plus Reflex are a bomb combo and that's what I'm going to try. After that I'll try the gel on the following wash day and pick up the cream and cleanser on another trip.
Not sure if you've found it yet but Femme Noire is a really nice black owned line. She has leave in conditioner, a clay cleanser and a few other products. They smell amazing and the products I've tried are natral and free of the nasty stuff.
Don't be hard on yourself for simple mistakes, especially right now. All of the stress, social change (dear God I hope it leads to actual reform and positive change) and uncertainty from everything that is going on is causing our brains to go back and forth from flight/fright/freeze and is also messing with our ability to store and process short term information. Not to mention all of this on top of you getting limited sleep balancing a newborn, a relationship and a full time career on UA-cam. I think you are an inspiration to a lot of women and I applaud that you want to ensure you are sharing what you know to be true and that you are quick to let people know of something slipped. It lets us know that it is ok to be incorrect on something and that it's not the end of the world to make an acknowledgment and that we can move forward without agonizing about it
