- Hey guys! Bodybuilders eat a LOT of calories but you know what they don't get to eat? JUNK! Today I took my friend 'big' mac out to eat a literal MOUNTAIN of sweets and cakes and find out more about what it means to be a bodybuilder!

Buff bodybuilders eating dainty cakes is a genre of videos I didn't know I needed in my life before. Mac really only needs a yippy rat-sized dog to go with his boutique sweets bags to complete the perfect look. You should take him and Ladybeard to a kawaii all-you-can eat cake shop.

The cameraman definitely loved that segment ! It's great to see Mac and how humble and his impressive physique. I'm sure his workout routine will take care of all that sugar intake. Once again, I love watching your clips and seeing all the places you go to. Part of me will definitely need to kick my own butt to get in shape for the next year.

Mac is the best. I know Mac because he plays in my friend Cashell's band. I didn't realise you had Cashell play at your wedding. Mac is an excellent guitarist and such a friendly and nice guy. Great video.
Thank you 🙏 They are both great musicians and they both played at our wedding. Cashell played on the roof top in the rain when I broke the ice blocks. It was awesome
@@JunkFoodJapan Yeah, and they are both super nice guys. When I wanted to buy an acoustic guitar, Cashell took the time out to guide me through the Ochanomizu music shop area until we found one I liked. Small world in Tokyo.

Something I learn from Adam Savage this week, when you want to show something on camera, put it akwardly close to your face, that way you won't get the unfocused item or face look.

Nice. I'm going to Tokyo next week - maybe I'll try that place. That first thing looked pretty good... but I haven't forgotten about the cheeseburgers. No idea if you remember, so: Living in Iwate, didn't have a car then, but now I have a car and a Japanese driver's license. Probably moving to Nagoya next school year. That knife looks like a Henckles knife... They're okay. Masamoto is the way to go, for knives in Japan. I mean, if you want a real high quality traditional yanagi.
