It doesn't matter whether you have faith or not.
Just don't use that faith as a tool to impede progress or control others.

@SuperFactsonly Honestly there is a great spirituality in the pursuit to live one's life to the fullest. To take each and every moment for everything its worth, you are in a real sense celebrating life, and celebrating being human (in all his depravity and virtue). As an atheist who does not believe nor worship a god, this is my path.

@Haze993 Well said. Your view, though, is that of ancient man who used to take his cherished possessions into the grave with him. Why? So he could be comfortable in the next life. My point is, don't live life in FEAR of anything. Dust to dust, ashes to ashes. FIN.
*devils advocate* maybe they knew they would eventually be back, and kind of hoped for a time capsule for themselves later. /shrugs.

@SuperFactsonly unfortunately if you only think about yourself, you let the rest of humanity down. You should make the most of life, if that means contributing to the well-being of all.

Irritating non-confrontational atheist in this video and religion-apologetic theists. Just because scientific method has yet to be applied to morality/ethics (based on non-theistic philosophy at least since we wouldn't want to piss on the religious extremist crazies) in academia does not mean it can't be. An astro-something or other is not qualified to answer that question regardless.
