I have just ordered one of these machines and was wondering how to go about a chicken rotisserie dish. This nails it for me !!! Lemon or onion in the derriere to help with balancing.....brilliant. I'm doing this the moment my Air Fryer gets here. Greetings from England !!

Thank you for watching! I really have enjoyed this air fryer oven. Not only for making a juicy rotisserie chicken, but also for its reheating & dehydrating functions. I'm sure you'll enjoy yours as well.🙂

Thanks for the video and recipe. Very tasty!! I did my first chicken in the basket and it came out awesome. Wanting to try it on the spit the 2nd time. The first one took 50 mins and I felt it could have used more time so I let this one go the full hour. The skin started to char, but wasn't burnt tasting. So crispy but next time I will check it earlier. lol I didn't try your truss method because the butcher used it's own skin to tie the legs. I thought I could cheat and just tie down the wings but it kept trying to fly away. One wing just kept getting loose. lol

Thanks for watching and trying the recipe - I'm glad you enjoyed it! That's cool that your butcher tucked the legs under the skin, but you're right, if the wings don't get tied down, they tend to flop or flap around!🙂

Thank you. Didn’t see what you did for the outside seasoning. Did you add olive oil? Lemon pepper?

Hey I went to your website and went to the recipe and once I click on it. It brings me to a page that says “sorry, the page you were looking for no longer exists” and no recipe comes up. I really want to make it with your recipe but the websites not working. The butter garlic sauce you put all over the chicken looks so good
