Sailing the Inside Passage solo; entering Johnstone Strait with bad charts on my GPS (c01 p06)

Sailing the world has always been a dream, but can dreams come true? In this episode, I start documenting my journey to buy a sailboat and eventually sail the world. I first needed to purchase a sailboat and sail it up the inside passage from Seattle Washington to Sitka Alaska.
In this episode I sail from Campbell Cree Canada to Port Neville Canada. Sailing through the inside passage is all about catching the currents right; however, I discover that the charts I purchased don’t work. I must continue to move forward without good charts because the current is too strong to turn back.
