Krooked should primarily sell these types of boards they are so cool
check out the schmitt stix boards if you like these types, the chris miller type is my favorite, i have an o.g. issue from the late 80's.

I have seen these boards on eBay on sale for $20000 . To be honest I am not a fan of the shapes and graphics either , but yet some idiot would buy a piece of wood for $20.000

Mark, I am with you on the mission to bring back shaped wider boards. That is where it's at. You have to be creative and these boards are so much fun. Cool that you make them light weight, that is so important. Cheers to you!
Brian Kinder I noticed a little resurgence in shaped decks lately it's awesome, I've had a Deathwish shaped deck and a welcome and I'm always looking for the next cool shape to try.

I'm stoked on those decks, I currently skate a 10" wide Hosoi Hammerhead blank but instead of buying the Gonz, this has me wanting to make my own custom deck shape. Big boards are fun! :)
I'd be kind of interested to see Mark ride a basic 8.25 board
There's plenty of footage out there of this, from Mark in the 90s and early 2000s. I don't know for sure if he rode 8.25s, specifically, but they were standard popsicle shapes.

Hey Mark,
When you trace a board wouldn't you get a much more accurate trace if the paper is tight against the board. I mean if you flatten the board out it will be a tad longer from end to end then with the kick of nose and tail? I'm just curious about that cause I have seen people trace board like that and I always think they must lose like 1/16 inch or more?
What do you all think?

I love those beamers man. My "techy" board is a bit small. But I truly love skating the wider decks as well. More board, more style. It's so gratifying landing tricks with those beauties. One of my favorite boards to ride from my quiver is the Gonz staircase head. 9.88. 🤘
