Austin wrote this one (with Andrew Tufano and Tiera Kennedy) a few years ago, after Olena but before Amberly was in his life, expressing his loneliness, yearning, and uncertainty. I love how Tim and Rob manage to capture that emotion so well.

Sounds like another original, it’s a great song, and once again spot on vocals. Adam’s consistency with the vocal percussion is unmatched! Lane is good but Adam is spot on drum kit when he wants it. His attention to detailed drumming tendencies and lead ins are really incredible on this one! And Adam Chances base is great until they switch back at the end! Beautiful love song! Low bass Kenneth.

It really is none of our business! Really, if I were Amberly, I'd put out a statement saying that I refused to marry Austin under any circumstances lol.
Apart from any personal doubts and fears they may have (as in, if it ain't broken, don't fix it), they haven't had time to breathe this last year - which is why they enjoyed Australia so much. Touring for the rest of this year is still totally uncertain, making any planning impossible. But for romantics like you and me, Kevin, when Austin was asked recently on TikTok if he was married, he replied "Working on it." Last year he wouldn't have replied.

I love Home Free and watching your reactions on them. Although their talent and execution are always in the perfection zone including on this song I am always immediately disconnected from songs, conversations, content, etc when religion and god are mentioned as I am an Atheist and believe if there is a god and we are living out part of god's plan in everything that god created I am not impressed and that leads me to believe the scientific fact that the Universe, Earth, and everything else came to be through natural processes over billions of years. Apologies for the rant and I'm still amazed by the talents of these men. When I heard the phrase about god knowing better than me I got triggered

Austin, Tim, and Adam all grew up in churchgoing families. In fact, Austin spent summers as a child touring with his dad's gospel group. Religious (specifically Christian) phrases and expressions are part of their vocabulary. While Austin might not be a strictly orthoprax Christian, he's still a spiritual person who uses spiritual phrases to express his feelings and thoughts.
Do keep in mind that the relatively recent branch of anti-science, anti-evolution, young earth dogma you associate with Christianity isn't representative of most Christians, who see nothing conflicting between science and their faith. Don't assume because Austin uses religious language that he thinks cavemen were hanging out with dinosaurs 6000 years ago.
