Vanity Upgrade with Melange One-step Paint

- This vanity was refinished and given a whole new look. Some veneer was repaired. Other adornments include Redesign with Prima decoupage paper, moulds and transfer. I used a dark chalk paint & water color wash on the top with several layers of matte clear coat. Stencils are applied to the sides and gilding waxes decorate the details. I made a Redesign with Prima mould on the front, which I covered in a piece of glitzy wallpaper. Please leave a comment or ask a question. See full list of products below:

WOW😍 ABSOLUTELY STUNNING
Thank you so much!!
Love how you did the stenciling/typography texture on the top!
Thank you very much! It was definitely a labor of love.
It's gorgeous. Love the stenciling on the side. I think it would have been nice to have the flowers painted on the desk extensionas well. But it looks amazing even without it.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it! I totally agree with you about decorating the desk extension veneer. It would have been beautiful to add something to it. The desktop was an extremely tight fit originally. It didn't slide in & out smoothly. I would have needed to alter the desktop dimensions even to add something the thickness of paint or gilding wax. I was even worried about staining it! After paste-waxing the underside and slides, the desktop slid in and out nicely so I decided to cut my losses.
What a beautiful work!! Love watching the video. From Buenos Aires, Argentina
Thank you so much 😀 So glad you like it and thank you for watching from Argentina!
Lovely.
Thank you kindly.
This turned out so pretty🥰 And I’m a huge fan of gold gilding wax❤️❤️❤️
There’s nothing so satisfying as a bit of gold! And thank you for the encouragement 🥰
@@OwlingDogDesign I agree!! You are welcome🤗
Very interesting love the paint color
Thank you!
I'd love to know where you got the furniture wheels you used in the video ! Those look really handy!
Sure thing! They are VERY handy and I have two pair (I could use more!). Here is a link for the last pair I got at Amazon (the original ones are out of stock, but these are great too): www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MKQJXQ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
