Be good for young folks to keep them off the streets and give them a trade they can make a living from. Man your videos are so informative. I bet you'd be a great teacher and mentor to young kids. I am so jealous of your skills. I consider myself a advanced mechanic as I have been repairing my vehicles and friends and family vehicles as well for the last 35 years. There are some things I have not tried or will not try as I do not have the patience to do it. That is where pros like yourself come in. Keep on cranking the awesome jobs out. You need to be so proud of your accomplishments. It takes a lot of work and skill to retrofit a sunroof into a non sunroof car.

Very cool Mr. Sprayway I love those sunroofs I’d love to install one in my 2 door Tahoe but not sure if it would work the front of the roof is smooth but from behind the front seats the roof has ribs in it

awesome tack welding on the roof and doing the fiberglass was great , but i was wondering since there is a big speaker box in the trunk wouldn't it be better to put a sealer bead on the inside where you didn't tack weld ,so when they turn up the music, it wouldn't rattle the inside metal that wasn't tack welded and fiber glassed ?
That's a good question. I was wondering the same thing, but I did notice that the fiber glass resin went on first and I would assume some of it wicked into the space between. When that stuff hardens I imagine it might dampen the vibration, since it fills the airspace. Not sure though.

I used to install aftermarket power sun/moon roofs and pop ups and simulated convertible tops back in the early 90s. I miss doing that kind of work. Great job

I grew up in my pops body shop and you bring back some great memories. Last car I painted was my 1986 Pontiac grand prix 2+2 areocoupe. 1 of 1226 ever produced. I want to put a Ttop roof on it but I've owned it for 23 years and I'm thinking about letting it go.. it's a sharp car
