Hi. I've watched a few of your videos and ran across this one. Oh my gosh, if I was younger and had more money. What's crazy is I just looked at this house literally 3 min before I saw your video and here you are! So this would be in the millions in the US...crazy! Amazing property for the right Buyer, I can see writing retreats being held here. I went to one years ago in Taos, NM & had a similar set up & it was magical!
@@Pattybluehayes It was a great experience! We were a group of female writers, our day would begin with a meditation walk before breakfast. After breakfast we would break out into writing groups, then after dinner we'd have evening readings of our work. Our cell phones were turned into the group leader, so if an emergency arose, we were notified, otherwise we had no contact with the outside world for 1 week. The room I was in was the same room that Willa Cather wrote her Death Comes for the Archbishop. A great retreat.
I love looking at real estate. That house would make a wonderful rental/ event destination. @@kellyhalterman1436 I love that idea! I can’t grow herbs here for some reason 😕 Prices in El Valle are higher in general, for land and homes. I haven’t seen anything under $300k for a long time. In El Valle, it's the same temps year round, high 70's to low 90's, but high humidity and a lot of rain in rainy season and dry, sunny and windy in dry season. We've had a LOT of rain this season so far. It's good for the canal, which was quite low.
