As a native of the Caribbean, I never cease to be amazed at how expats come to these areas, and are ready to call the "ordinance or admin office" as you call them, to possibly file a report on a Bakery truck, for God's sake. I am used to the truck coming in the evenings for the freshest bread delivery, in order to have it in the morning. I see the area is isolated and just like you see the juice truck in the hottest time of day, so the time for the bread delivery. But talk to them first, see if you can work out a compromise. Try and remember it is not YOUR country!!

I was thinking $350,000 for the location. There are many homes in that area where homes are priced from 100k-250k. In El Valle, prices are much higher.
Hi Patty, I was guessing $400K...not too far off. They may get that or a little more. It is pretty isolated, but beautiful home and property. Love these property videos. I hope the owners give you a bonus if a buyer comes through you. Happy Separation Day!

Did you consider the bakery truck that comes down the street late blasting the music is culturally acceptable in Panama? Maybe it signals people to come out and get their baked goods for breakfast the next day. You are a guest in their country. To report them seems to me that you are trying to impose your customs on them. If you went there for a better life, be considerate of common customs. Eventually, you probably won't even notice it. And if you do, buy some earplugs with all the money you're saving.
