    Awesome video! Forgive me for my ignorance but I'm curious to know what you mean by boondocking at Walmart and also how you use the additional sleeping bag. Can you sleep inside the Jeep with all that stuff?

    • @leightonoc
      @leightonoc  Рік тому +1

      Boondocking is when you camp someplace for free on public land. It can also mean staying overnight in a vehicle, van or RV in a parking lot where it is allowed. Most Walmart allow it.

      Thank you. Let’s see… I use to bring a 12 V tea kettle but I stop drinking coffee and tea. Used
      to carry an 12v electric blanket, I stopped bringing that cuz I have a better sleeping bag in the tent. Are used to use a foot locker in the back which worked out pretty well, but I do like the cabinet better. That’s about it though. I think I have a lot more tools now and the leveling blocks.

      :) with god, anything is possible.@@leightonoc i also have a trailer attachment with the amenities, but the idea is boondocking with a 2dr jk rubicon with the same tent. i added a 2-4" twin sized memory foam for better padding as a side sleeper.
      i also readded my bench sacrificing space, opting for more passenger cargo, though it also holds my power station, a bluetti ac200max with 700w solar panels.

    Thank you for the video nice set up. I’m thinking about doing the same and just put a brand new lift on. So it really would help if you could tell me what lift you have just in case it’s the same one I put on and what you don’t like about it. Or maybe just tell me if it was a AEV 2.5 inch lift?

      Don’t get a sky jacker. The springs sagged. I was riding on my bump stops. They sent me new ones, but they weren’t going to any good. You really need heavy duty springs if you’re gonna be adding a lot of extra weight. I believe I have Rubicon express springs in the back now. God I’m used from a friend.

      @@leightonoc thank you very much for your reply. Great to know information. Yes I was thinking probably should just get heavy duty springs in the rear although the ones on there now are new since I’m going to be adding weight. Then again I’m still looking at possibly just buying a class B for my journey. Thanks again. I really appreciate it. Continue to be free and live life, my friend.
