Super Mario Blue Twilight DX - Part 1 [Learn to Wall Kick!]

Super Mario Blue Twilight DX (A.K.A. MarioWeen DX) is one of my favorite Mario fan games. It is well done, the graphics and the sound are good, and it has a lot of secrets.
So I wanted to make a walkthrough of this, a complete one, with all of the secret levels and the Star Coins.
