a talk with sammy britt about the hensche approach to colour study

professor emeritus sammy britt talks about his personal history of the study of colour painting with henry hensche starting in 1963 and his individual development through those visual principles taught by hensche and his own 50 years of teaching those same principles to several generations of painting students from 1966 through the present, that's a former student painting behind sammy's chair and to the right on floor one of his class demos from the late 1970s showing how to start and develop a study, i will post one more vid showing some of his work and also his talking about the palette of colours henry had them use,
