Love this video! Changing the way we think about meal planning and shopping. Look for recipes that use the majority or all of the ingredients you have now in your home or even one missing ingredient! Often you hear, use what you have, but honestly we don’t know how to use what we have. We are a product of a society of buy more or buy what you need. We need simple practical example like the one you showed here! Thank you!
I would love for this to be a series of build a pantry step by step. Also, where to buy the alternative foods for allergies such as gluten free, as I see she has issues with food as well.
What is your favorite go-to, quick and easy dinner recipe from items you typically have on have? Would you mind doing a video showing how you make it? Thank you! I recently discovered your channel and I'm learning so much!
Hi! Thanks for commenting, I'm glad you are enjoying my channel and learning a lot. I like to make one thing and eat it several different ways. I have a 'Meals on a Budget' series where I have a few examples of that with different meats. Here's the link to all of them, let me know what you think! :) ua-cam.com/video/6kxY7yLGYMo/v-deo.html
Amy this is so good! I'm actually working on a video now that will be up next week talking about similar things, using the ingredients at home to craft my meals. But I've never heard of this app! How amazing, thank you for sharing, I'm excited to try it!
Holy buckets lady you weren’t kidding when you said the app was inclusive! We’re WFPB vegan SOFAS free and they had recipes including appropriate dairy swaps! Thank you for sharing! Please more videos along this line of thinking 😊
Thank you. You came up in my YT video siggestions. Traditional meal planning doesn't work for me. Maybe this system will help me develop my system. I like trying new recipes so this is great. This way of thinking makes more sense to my brain. Looking forward to the next video.
I'm glad that YT suggested my videos to you and that this was helpful. I also have always found myself unable to plan what I want for dinner weeks ahead of time.
I've watched and taken notes on several videos (found you through an article in the Daily Mail). I used your method on cucumbers (thick sliced three) and 1 red pepper cut in half for a small jar. This was my first time...2 minutes in distilled water (1/4 C.) and 40 minutes to dry on tea towels. I place them in the fridge in mason jars and both created water condensation within 24 hours. Something doesn't feel right as you never mentioned this would happen. I'm open to anyone in the community's suggestions or comments. Thanks in advance.

I've really enjoyed watching your channel! Thank you for all the knowledge you're sharing. I'd like to ask a favor, though. Can you link the 1st video in your series? I'm not very good at figuring out where things are on people's UA-cam Playlists. Thank you!!

I have already bought your book. Im getting ready to go on the Daniel Fast, with the Biblical Nutritionist. I really need these veggies available to help me with this new adventure I am going on. looking forward to more videos🤩
Thank you for subscribing and getting my book! Good luck with your fast. I have over 500 videos on my channel and add more each week. Have fun watching them! :)
I've learned a lot from your videos and was excited to use this app. I might not be using this app correctly or I'm missing something. I want to like it, but I'm not sure I'm going to....I filled it out and it gave me over 67,000 recipes. Many are duplicated and even quadrupled, sooo many to search through. Then I was thinking unless you update it all the time your not getting true suggestions for recipes to use up the food you have. What am I doing wrong? [Then there's all those ads that flash up at you....very distracting.]
@chorine4638 I use it as a guide and inspiration for things I normally have in my house. With anything free it does have ads that is how it is able to keep being free.
I'm sorry that you missed it! It was during the middle of the day. I sent out a reminder to my email list too hoping to make sure that nobody would miss it. :(
I love this! I'm participating in Shelftember and this can help me think outside the norm. Thank you! I love the strawberry on your phone cover. That's so appropriate!
Hi Amy hope all is well? I watched a video from Belarus, which she makes a cabbage & Carrots with 9% vinegar??? . can I use 5% vinegar in your opinion? please & thanks. your Florida friend
Hi, yes 5% vinegar is what you need. Anything higher is for cleaning and laundry and you do not want to use that on food. You are correct with the. 5%.
My fridge has areas/ shelves that frezzes everything. How do fix ? I've adjusted temp, but then food spoils.what can I do to regulate or make stable temps?😢
It might be worth the cost of a repair or new fridge depending on how significant the freezing is. You can also adjust the temp on your fridge. There is usually a dial of some kind or arrows going up or down. Is you adjust do it slowly so you don’t risk the other areas that are ok. Also rearrange your fridge based on known cold spots. My fridge will freeze produce in the back so I put things like oj back there and put my produce horizontal instead of the long way back.

some condensation is normal the produce will release moisture. You can put a paper towel in there I just never do with cucumbers or peppers.

I have a cold spot in the upper right hand corner of my fridge, knowing where exactly the worst spots are helps.
