Got a 2.3 for my personal use. Washing personal cars (max 6x washes a month) this may be overkill, but I like the higher quality over the 2.0. Well done!!
Man, I'm really really impressed with what you all have done with this. Really looking forward to hearing some hands-on from consumers. It's very likely to be my next pressure washer.
Hello everyone and Active!! Let me start by saying thank you for making the 2.3!!! I received my 2.3 today. Ordered on Monday and received on Friday @10 am by FedEx. The box was in good shape for the weight of this unit. I attached my 50’ braided hose rated @5000psi to the 2.3 and changed the orfice that active gives you for the after market foam cannon in my case the MTM foam cannon, and started the testing. I bled the line of air and I noticed more water flow from the gun, no nozzle. Using the stubby gun and attached Actives included 25 and 40 degree nozzle to and immediately notice how much more water the unit was pushing and the force of the water….amazing😊 The MTM foam cannon was next and put maybe 100ml of 3D foam cannon soap to about 300ml of water and the shaving cream of foam was amazing, I could never achieve this quality of soap with my 2300psi with 1.2 gal/min old induction pressure washer. As for the loudness of the unit, honestly from my old unit to this one. The 2.3 is infinitely QUIETER. I get the side by side comparisons to the big boi pro and duo that it’s louder. But honestly, the 2.3 is quiet I can talk to people as I work. If any of you guys are on the fence, don’t be this unit performs and brings detailing to another level…. It’s worth it!!!!
Thanks for sending your in-depth description of your experience, very glad that you're enjoying the unit! Do leave a review on our website if you have the time!
I’m glad you guys made the unit repairable/rebuildable/serviceable. How does this news change the 500 hour life talk track? Do we now get to go well beyond that 500 if we change the oil and other wear items?
Waiting on my pre-order to arrive from Adam's and really like the serviceability of this unit. Looks really easy to disassemble as well with no special tools needed.
Bought a 2.0 last year and it's been great. The pump looks similar, so I'm wondering if the 2.3 pump is something that can be retrofitted to a 2.0 unit when the original pump reaches end of life?
Might be a silly question, but would Active have a rebuild program for the 2.0 and 2.3 in the future? I really like my 2.0 and would hope to keep it going for a good while (just home use in my case)
Unfortunately we don’t believe there will be a rebuild program for the 2.0 given its price point and the fact the pump is sealed. It’s something we’ll definitely consider in any future re-design.
I try to wash my vehicle, when it’s dirty. I’m not a twice a week car washer. I don’t detail commerically. I like the 2.0 and it would probably do everything I want it to do. But, I am impressed with the features in the 2.3. I appreciate the serviceable features, the styling, and the wall mounting feature. But, $300 is hard to justify. Leaning toward the 2.0.
Active, I received what is marked as 4.6 nozzles with my 2.3, though there was a card attached to the pressure washer recommending 4.4, which is also what the manual says on page 13. Not sure if there's much of a difference, but what is the actual recommendation? Thanks.
Hi there. You have the right nozzle, 4.6. There was a change in our production and missed updating the number in the card, apologies for the confusion. We recommend using the 4.6 to ensure the unit doesn't draw more than 15A, but you're free to use others as long as they also stay below this amperage.
I just left a comment on other video asking if it’s serviceable. Y’all are the flash!
This is great info I’m testing this machine right now and I’m impressed!
Can't wait to see your review!

Great step in the right direction. This unit is looking great
Ok now I’m sold!
Just gotta wait until these arrive in Australia 🇦🇺
Hope you can give guidance on the maintenance schedules in the future videos. Looking to upgrade my PW in late 2024
Please sell this as a stand alone unit without the attachments like you did with the 2.0 please oh please 😢

Very exciting. Can’t wait to use it.

Do you think that the active 2.0 in the future could also be rebuildable like the active 2.3?
For the price why should this unit have the same warranty as the 2.0?
is this 1 coming to Australia or only the 2.0
Awesome!!!

All I want to know is if I can buy it standalone and not have to buy it in a kit with the poor quality wand and hose
Is the active 2.0 going on sale anytime soon
Hello, we only run sales on Prime Day, Black Friday and Boxing Day sales.
Will this be available in the UK…?
Hello, unfortunately not at the moment as we do not have a point of distribution.

Why would I buy a great pressure washer and then throw away their dog-shit accessories?
