Good job Keav. I think about this much like a 911. The engine is in the rear. They are really expensive They don't make nearly as much power or go as fast as others for much less, but there is a greatness to the perfecting of the flaws. The triplex pump on an AR-630 is technically superior, and it is cheaper. I put one in my last house, but there is just something about it that isn't as good. Most of us could choose any pressure washer. I've gotten my hands on most of them in existence. I choose the Kranzle.
Great analogy and really if the unit works for you and gives you a great washing experience then it was a good choice no matter the pressure washer. You take the Turbo S (Kranzle) and I’ll take a GT500 (2.3 because it’s loud 🤣) and we will both have fun at the track.
@@CarsWithKeav My thoughts on one thing that Matt said in todays podcast called “What Am I missing on Pressure Washing” Keav. Around 1 hour and 44 minutes in Matt’s released Podcast you say “the audience accepts it if you go a different way” your trying to help Matt to stop calling people idiots in his videos. Keav then you started talking about Junk and Matt replied “Now there is someone out there that hates you now because you’re calling them junk”. Then Matt tries to attach that your saying that the person who bought that is Junk and not the item. That is NEVER true. Notice that Matt is lashing out at you because you had just said that people hate him because Matt calls people idiots. In our opinion we did not see that you were judging Matt or that you were saying that people hate him. You’re saying that to him because of what others have said about Matt. And to tell you the truth even people we know have stopped watching Matt because they hate this behavior that Matt has. So now Matt actually does say that people hate you because he didn’t like it. And he even went as far as saying that people don’t hate him. The truth is Keav you are actually reviewing and testing things on your channel. You give all kinds of things a chance. And there are many things that can be viewed as trash and it actually is not that bad. And then there is things that are very cheap and do not do well. So when you call it cheap it’s because of how frustrating it is to experience and so therefore it really is junk. This is way different that what Matt says and thinks. See Matt actually said that stuff bought on Amazon is Junk. Matt has the mindset that if you’re not buying his stuff then EVERYTHING else is junk and that is a put down for all those who do not buy Matt’s stuff. Matt has no respect for all those who cannot afford the nicer things that cost a lot more. (NOTE: Not everything Matt says is the best or greatest anyway but he thinks so). Keav Matt is not testing out cheaper items nor as many as you are. Matt is always working with items that are in a different category. So when you Keav are reviewing items. Do not think that your personalizing that people are Junk like Matt arrogantly said with a retaliatory return comment that people hate you. Matt is actually the one calling people junk since it hits home for ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT BUY HIS EXPENSIVE STUFF. Matt says in his own words how he makes so much money on his marked up items. So to us it’s obvious that Matt’s real reason to meet with you is what he said in one of his other videos. And we quote Matt: “we need to get with these younger guys and get them to stop encouraging people to buy the junk on Amazon since they are hurting the businesses in this country”. We even took it that he was looking to try and bribe you with money to get you to stop. And if you watch his video you will see that Matt is actually saying to you Keav and the other person with you on his podcast this. What Matt is actually saying to you and Josh and others like is that you’re hurting Matt’s Buisness. Matt on his channel puts down anyone that buys anything else other than for example the Krenzla power washer. Thanks for your time to hear our take on this.
@@26-CJ I get what you’re saying I didn’t pick that up during the conversation. Matt is very passionate and how he talks does rub people the wrong way it did to me. I was maybe a bit too sensitive about it, but I just don’t like calling people names which I still think he doesn’t really think that he just doesn’t have a filter and films everything in one cut so there is no way to edit it out. Of course he says the same thing in live streams as well. At least now we all understand each other and I listen differently now. Funny thing like I said in the video we don’t just show junk or cheap stuff just because I may have bought 5 items and 4 of them were actual junk which is what I was trying to say. The one that makes the cut I get excited about because we get awesome results form an item that isn’t going to break wallets. A battery sprayer better and cheaper than an expensive handpump one? Not possible to Matt so it’s instantly junk and the Liquid Elements polisher is a testament to that mindset. I think he is getting better though, but he also has to remember his way of doing things has created an audience that buys from his store often and they got lots of money.
@@detailit DIY is some of the most reasonably priced chemicals in the car detailing scene. 😂😂 You comment is so silly. You must be one of those people that says Simple Green is only $4 so DIY detail is greedy to charge $9 for All Clean.
@colinbeckstrand2612 no, actually Simple Green is roughly $11.00 ..... it's works just fine. All Clean is a great product but I use Heavy Duty by Chem-x, much better dilution ratios for tires-n-wheels. Simple Green at roughly $11/Gallon works great for me on interiors. Honestly, it works fine on all apc/degreaser needs. As for the soap, I completely disagree with you. Phoenix eod Apex Auto wash. It's about half the price of Incredible suds and i use 1/3 oz. Per cannon. So it's a GREAT VALUE. Anything else? Let me know!
@@detailit I was referring to 16oz bottle prices not gallons. Also I can't imagine using simple green on my interiors. Way too much leather and soft touch points for me to put degreaser on. @@CarsWithKeavMan do I have great respect for how you expressed your thoughts about Matt. It was not disrespectful and it was in perfect taste. Yes Matt makes a good point when he has said “idiots” especially when he was showing people how they need to use his wash bay at his rental property. People often do not show respect for things. But he does not have to speak that way on the air. It’s like throwing a temper tantrum. But where I disagree is that no one can control everyone nor should they try. People are not going to do everything to the OCD degree as some. I can easily express my dissatisfaction toward his Buisness line on how some things have been done. Yet Matt has to hire other people to do his work and Matt cannot control the entire Buisness and make it run as OCD as he wants. Honestly there are lots of mistakes they make and it’s crazy how I have seen more mistakes with their Buisness than many others I have shopped with. In one of Matt’s recent videos he mentioned you and he seemed quite motivated to speak to you to bring you around to what he wants and that is to change you from using the cheap products on Amazon. I hated that he thinks he can change everyone to pay for what he has the money to do. Not all of us have that kind of money. I love that you stand up to that in this video. We for sure need you to continue to show us all how we can do things that work well and continue to help us all see that we can still do things very well with other things. And as a note. Even if we or others had the kind of money it does not m an we all would do things the way Matt or OG does them. In fact there are many people who are very intelligent and can have better ideas than what OG does. Keep your videos coming. And thank you very much for what you’re doing.
@@CarsWithKeavoh and I forgot to ask you some things. 1. Do you like the scale you have and does it have a tare button? 2. The gauge you used on the end of your gun. I see your link to buy it. What did you use to put that gauge onto the gun. We obviously need more fittings. 3. How are you seeing the amperage that your machine is using and does it somehow show what the peak amperage it did so that when you went over to look at it you could see what it did after you were done running the machine. (By the way when you went over to look at the wall I was like where is he looking for the amperage reading. lol). Please give me a link to the device you’re using to read the amperage. 4. I also would like to get some of those tips you used (3.5,4,4.5,5). Where can I get them to do testing for my system. Do you have links to what I need to make mine? 5. About the griots internals. You said something about another foamer was much better. I was not sure which one that was. Lastly can I ask how you calculated the weight of the water in the bucket to the amount of GPM the machine gave you? Did you run the machine with a stop watch going to get one of your numbers to make the calculation? I need to learn how you did this so I can see my performance also. Thanks for everything.
It is great to see you both come together and share your thoughts, Matt strives for perfection and wants to find the best products possible where as you are looking for great quality and more affordable options, having both channels to watch and see you guys overlap on different products is awesome for all us consumers.
Yeah, I just took what he was saying the wrong way as he just doesn’t communicate his point very well at times at least for me and many out there. The word idiot I just hate. Hopefully the podcast will show us all in a different light and that we can all see things differently.
I think you’re misconstrued with the whole “strives for perfection” part. Matt is a salesman. His whole character was created so people would buy from him. A perfect example is Matt’s approach to paint correction and how he rarely inspects his work after doing passes and how he is satisfied with mediocrity. 🤷♂️.
What a video! I don't know what to say. I am one of those who bought the Pro and am looking to replace it. Keav, you make a lot of sense for the budget and are very knowledgeable
Appreciate that and hate you are having that experience. I put the pro on the shelf to help them and just experience the issues and it’s frustrating to say the least.
That’s the way I like to think. Now sometimes bang for your buck might be expensive such as an SGS28. There are some times I do go the best quality such as Eley quick connects and hose sprayer, but because the performance is so good.
Keav, thank you so much for the video, I wish it had come out a week ago. I pulled the trigger on the K1322TS. I was on the fence between the AR630TSS and the K1322TS, guess I leaned more on the K1322TS. I get it tomorrow and I'll make a video on it shortly after. Thank you again for the opinion as I mentioned on your other video, I truly value your opinion.
for anyone that feel like their Active 2.3 is too loud. try to remove it from the cage (if you don't intend to wall mount it directly using the cage). for me the noise reduction is pretty significant. and actually it looks even better without the cage. Keav, I think you concluded it with a very spot-on statement. Kranzle 1322TS is a very well-built PS and produces a very good/ultra high-end real output number in terms of PSI and GPM for an electric pressure washer years ago when it came out where there were very few options available. However, those numbers are now considered pretty much mainstream these days and there are so many alternatives with even higher and better output numbers, much cheaper price and reasonably good build quality. Is the build quality on-par with Kranzle? Probably/most likely not. But is it worth double price? Definitely/of course not. Great video Keav!
Will have to try decibel testing with and without the cage to see if there is any differences could be a frequency being amplified by the cage who knows. The worth of a product is with the consumer some have different opinions on worth and mine is that it’s not worth twice the 2.3, but others would argue different and that’s great makes for a competitive market and we benefit from the innovations of that market.
Either this or get some larger sized panties that aren’t so tight. SMH. Most of the people I’ve seen who’ve complained about the noise are just regurgitating things they’ve been told
I have a Kranzle 1152 tst. Having thrown 3 karchers in the bin due to poor build quality ie cheap plastic components. I know the Kranzle is expensive but it will be the last pressure washer I buy. If it breaks it goes back to the supplier for repair. Not to landfill, so it's environmentally friendly too 😉.
Thanks to u I bought the first gen active electric pressure washer!! Just added the uber flex hose with it!! Its great !!! I just need a nice reel from harbor freight and I'm set!
@raycarano1655 Uber flex have been known to mess with the active 2.0 due to not having the metal mesh inside unlike the stock pressure hose it comes with.
Hey Keav, i just want to express my sincere gratitude for the level of detail in your videos. Knowing that I can use this pressure washer with a foam cannon on a non-dedicated circuit is amazing. All I need to source is a 1.4mm orifice for my foam cannon. I think OG is seriously losing out on business by stating this PW is only good for dedicated 20 amp circuits. However, this video gave me a piece of mind knowing I can purchase it without having to sacrifice anything in my current setup
I think OG is trying to keep customer service complaints down. AR got so tired of them they changed the plug so it only works in a 20 amp outlet. Just be sure you do t gave a lot of other things running on that circuit such as lights, garage door opener, etc.
I had gotten the active 2.3 on launch day. With only 2 days of use, the TSS stopped working. Initial impressions of the unit is that it was louddddd. Gave them a second chance and said to warranty it and they sent me a new one. No problems thus far.. it’s actually A LOTTTT quieter now. I probably received a defective machine on the first time around. Very satisfied with the 2.3 and its numbers and performance.
These are the first two occurrences I have heard of hope it’s isolated. Not running Uberflex or anything like that? That would be the only way to get that issue if TSS is working well.
@@jinrfsend them an email. It takes them about 3-5 business days to get a response but they’ll eventually respond back. Just explain that the TSS won’t stop running and they’ll honor your word and send you a replacement PW with a prepaid return label to send your old unit back.
I really wanted something that is portable and of really good quality, a pressure washer. I got a Mac Allister pressure washer which only lasted about 3 months in our Middle East weather 😂. Then I decided to buy a Kranzle 1152 TST, which is the same as the 1122 TST, and I couldn’t be happier. I got all the upgrades that it needs. The reason I went for Kranzle is we have a dealer in my country, and also it was cheaper buying it here rather than ordering it online. After using it for about a month now, I understand why it’s one of the best; it’s a high-quality machine. And thank you, Keav, for your honest review 👍🏼.

Loved the video. I’ve bought an old Gibson Les Paul Studio in high school for the price of that machine. I’d argue that thing is an exceptional value. However, I subscribed to your channel after watching your retractable hose reel video! Great stuff.
You talked about the bigboi pro with the humming and poping its own built in breaker. That has been going with my pro. But it’s not tripping my house breaker. It’s not going overeat 13 amps.
They say it’s due to voltage drop and only once it popped it’s built in breaker. The other times it has hummed I just turned it off and on a few times and it works fine. Just a mild annoyance for me, but many at this price argue it shouldn’t have any issues and actually don’t mine that as being early adopter there are bound to be problems most are not satisfied with the support that have gotten.
I love that you called out the cult. MM, portrays himself as a normal garage guy, while in actuality, he’s extremely wealthy and can buy things most people can’t. Then he gets a cult of followers that will do whatever he talks about. Shoot, he raved about Rupes polishers, and now says the Milwaukee is the best. It’s all a marketing scheme. I appreciate your perspective.
He’s actually very upfront about the fact that he’s not normal. And that he has a lot more money than the average person and that a lot of what he has doesn’t make sense for the vast majority of people in this market. His slogan is “do average elsewhere” so what were you expecting?
He's wealthy, but I certainly wouldn't call him "extremely wealthy." Whether you realize it or not, we've all benefitted from Matt being in the detailing world. I follow very little of what he says on anything (his detailing style is very different than mine), but he has made some great gear (that was sometimes previously obscure/unknown) available to the consumers who don't mind paying a premium for better products/solutions. Right or wrong, that has inspired many copycats and it has trickled down to the people who are on a budget. You can choose to buy whoever you want to buy from, but its a loser mentality to begrudge the guy (and the people who choose to buy from him) just because he's worked hard and taken chances to succeed in life and business. You do what you want with your money, and let other people do what they want with theirs.
@@jeffc6832 first off, I don’t begrudge the guy for being wealthy ish. I know lots of people with money, but you know what, I don’t recall ever being called stupid by any of them because my tastes were different than theirs, or because I hadn’t experienced something the same way they did. Obsessed Garage is a sales site, and MM does a great job of promoting products that help the site make money, which is exactly what you’d expect him to do. I’ve learned a ton about detailing from his channel. But I’ve learned just as much from Larry’s AMMO channel and never once was degraded because I didn’t know something. As for my original comment, I derive more pleasure from the process of researching for myself. I’d like the best solution, but not everyone can afford the 911 GT3RS of solutions. I don’t need to be told what fitting to buy, or how Milwaukee is a better brand than FLEX, or Rupes because quite honestly, it’s a personal experience, and if I’m happy with the results, so be it.
Agreed, Matt really grew this enthusiast detailing lifestyle and made it more mainstream and being influential in his input on products such as the 1322, SGS28, etc. giving ideas other companies can creat cheaper versions of for us on a budget. It’s the abrasiveness that always rubbed me the wrong way. After talking to him it a lost in translation kind of thing.
I don’t mind “do average elsewhere” it’s the your an idiot for buying that crap or your stupid if you don’t buy what I sell. I think it’s just how he talks and and like you said he is not normal, but you can see how that runs people the wrong way. I listen different now after talking to him and I think I got my points across and think he was listening.
Hay Keav...first of all: good honest review on the Kranzle; especially when it comes to cost-to-performance. That said, the unit is a ROCK. IT has proven its performance FOR YEARS; hence, "if it is not broken do not fix it." Moreover, should it need fixing, it can be done very effectively. I think we can all agree that Matt as OG knows his stuff...and yes his perspective on some things is not always to palatable to us all. But that is MATT, anyone who watches his content knows it. His passion and viewpoint on life, does not need anyone's approval...only his. I respect it and if something he recommends is within my budget I will consider the purchase. Case in point, I was the first to ask if he would test the EGO Pressure washer during one of his live UA-cam sessions. But once he did, he loved it. In fact, I'm very, very, VERY happy with my EGO for what I need it to do. I used the cost savings and made the upgrades on other goodies to make it ROCK. In closing, I'm glad you both head it off and have a good mutual respect for one another. Keep up the great content and keep them coming bud....cheers!
I agree with everything you said and they are for sure known to be a rock. When it comes to Matt never has much of a problem until recently when he was calling us Amazon Junk peddlers and calling the majority of my audience idiots which I know is not what he meant it’s just how he says things can be easily taken the wrong way. After talking with him for some time I now know how to listen to what he says better so I don’t take it the wrong way.
@@CarsWithKeav Well said amigo. And for the record, I too called him out in regards to millions of us who buy products on Amazon and elsewhere. Cheers!
There are a ton of people in the detailing industry who “know their stuff” when it comes pressure washers and such. I think where people are getting annoyed is due to how certain individuals try to make it appear as they are the only ones who know
Made the jump to this machine from an active and what a night and day difference. Clearly two different price points but I wanted something serviceable and robust. The difference in sound level alone was worth it.
@@1thechosenjuan1 build quality in general is far superior. I had issues to with the active not keeping a prime, constantly leaked, pressure and output fluctuations. It lasted me a good 2-3 years though and during its last wash completely grenaded. I knew all along it was a throw away unit anyhow so once it went I went for the kranzle.
@@AndrewH91 I hear ya but to try and compare build quality between a $200 and $1000 units? For anyone who isn’t needing a pw every day I feel like either active model would be more than suffice. Also, the new 2.3 model is serviceable which is a big plus.
Kranzle are the best ! i have 4 of them..... the 7 liter 1400 rpm version is the best !!!! Kranzle will last a life time ! The feeling when using one is unmatched ! smooth , smooth beautiful experience !
@CarsWithKeav Do you have a link for the Eley QD w/shutoff you used on your Flexzilla? Love the bend, and shutoff opportunity at the pw. Sorry if you provided it already ... And didn't see it. Thanks Keav!

Active 2.3 is the way to go imho. I have been using the active for over 1 months. It’s life changing! The look, performance, the build quality! I can understand the concern of noise. But I have no issues with the loudness. Another GREAT Keav review.
I love mine as well I’m tired of running this Big Boi just to replicate issues I want to run the machine that gives me that flow. 2.3 going back on the shelf.
Im looking into that one. It has been in my short list to try out. Got to build up some money first. I spent it all on this springs pressure washers. 😤
Hi keav if you had a choice between the Ryobi 600 psi / Dewalt 550 psi / or the Greenworks 600 psi hand held battery pressure washer to use with a water bucket which one will you recommend ??? Please let me know thanks
I have only tried the Ryobi so could only speak from that perspective. It works really well and has what I think is the best accessories lineup for it.
Your channel is better....Just saying. As for The WashR pro I have had one a couple weeks now. So far no big problems but it has only been used about 6 times. Very pleased with the volume/performance. The only odd behaviors I did note is that it once did not shut off. It just sat there and ran and ran. I attributed it to some air in the line and hope I simply failed to purge well enough before pressurizing. On another occasion my son was using it and it tripped a dedicated 20A breaker, but I was not there to see it happen. and it only happened the one time.
Glad you are having a good experience you rarely hear about those only the bad ones. Most likely your sim may have gotten the hum which the units tries to overamp to get the motor going after what they say could be a voltage drop. 4 pole motor and 110v electrical grid is a tricky thing. Mine overamped to 25, but I’m on a 20 amp outlet, but the breaker is 30 amp so it didn’t pop.
@@CarsWithKeav Well I got the buzz/lockup twice yesterday. I switched it off within about 5 seconds and before the 20A breaker tripped. I hope a solution for this is in the works. Wonder if I should reach out to their CS team now or wait a bit?
@@DimensionMachine Reach out they need to know how many are having the issue and we need to know the level of customer service being given. Appreciate you letting us know!
Hello Keav, can you please explain in a bit more detail why did you choose orifice 4.0? Matt advices to use 4.5 (with 40 degree). Manufacturer says 4.2. It makes sense to use 4.5 to get a bit more flow while still having enough pressure. Curious to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
Based on the performance I got I feel it’s the best. Problem is every bodies performance can be different based on water pressure, voltage, etc. I get less PSI and slightly more flow than Matt so by going 4.0 I get closer to the 1k PSI. I’m pretty sure my voltage is why I don’t get the same performance.
2.0 all day im only doing my 3 personal cars. I started with the karcher k1700 and the og ultimate accessory package then purchased the cox reel and shelf a year later ive had my 2.0 for about a month. I feel like it will last me a long time. Its perfect for my needs and my entire setup cost about 1200.
Agreed I see no reason for a Kranzle unless you are using it all day. Active is working on rebuild kits for the 2.0 as well. They should have more info on that soon as well.
My question is (despite the similar output specs) what is the expected pump life of the Active machines vs the AR630 or Kranzle? And I wanted to add that most people forget that the AR630 comes in the HOT (180 deg.) version. The cleaning power of hot water is often better than cold - especially in the northern winters.
Active 2.0 is 200 hours. 2.3 it’s not stated, but should be double so around 400 hours. I don’t know the life on the AR or Kranzle, but they can be rebuilt so basically forever as long as parts are available. Active 2.3 will have parts for sale as well for things that might fail over time.
Hi Keav Great Review. At 15:05 You said " I can get an Active 2.0 and get better performance numbers..." Did you mean Acitve 2.3? Is the Active 2.0 still worth getting since Acitve 2.3 is available? Thanks!
Active 2.0 can do Kranzle numbers and has slightly more flow. At 1.95 GPM from my testing. It is the best bang for your buck pressure washer out there. $350 vs $650 is the deciding factor. To get my wash setup for under $1500 you have to run the 2.0 as it’s much cheaper.
It’s every 100 hours so for me I just change once a year. I kind of like taking it all apart and learning the internals. I’m a numbers guy and 2.3 vs 2.2 is just more. Plus the ramp up is more linear and less jolting. It is much louder though so if noise is of any issue get the 630.
Thanks for the video and info! Glad you guys had a podcast hope it gets published. Were you able to keep it under 15 amps with the 4.0 orafice and 1.4 plug for your foam cannon?
To me it seems a bit better as the reverb is less without the walls of the cage. Still loud though and I make sure I say that every time so people know to expect it and are usually surprised it isn't as bad as stated. Sound is such a subjective thing as obviously there is the decibel rating, but I'm usually 10 feet from the pressure washer and the water from the pressure gun is just as loud from that distance as the unit. It is a more pleasant hum than the squeal of most of the cheaper pressure washer such as the 2.0. The biggest thing for the 2.3 is the sound if mounted on a wall that on the side is a living area or bedroom then that could be annoying.
I’m trying to figure that out myself. Lots of gas pressure washer ones out there. I think those Might work as it’s based on vibration possibly some pressure washers will be able to trigger the hour meter.
You mentioned in the video that you're usually 50 PSI lower than other reviewers, I think it is because you're testing right before the nozzle. So if you notice the gauge at the pump is higher than a gauge after the hose, before the gun, there is pressure loss. The gun also has pressure loss (its internals are usually reduced to 1/4" and the gate of the trigger is reduced even more) so that's why you're lower than others, you're actually doing the right thing testing right before the nozzle. Great Job on testing.
I have tested at every point and get the same pressure before the gun as I do after the gun well maybe 10 PSI difference which isn’t much. I used to think it was my gauges and I’ve been through 8 of them so far and generally they are all off by the same amount. I agree I think testing after the gun is most accurate to what is impacting the surface. I think it’s that my circuit is usually around 112v to 116v and if you have a cleaner circuit closer to 120v you will get a little more power and that’s the difference. At least that’s my theory. 3% loss is out of code based on regulations so I have too much voltage drop. It’s dedicated and only 15 feet of wire to the breaker so I think I’ll have that checked out as well.
@@1thechosenjuan1 Yes, it is. Just I would like to fully understand why my numbers can change daily and are less than others. I have pretty much found out and that is inconsistent voltage. I just now need to find out why and what can I do to get my circuit closer to 120v.
Hi. I really enjoy your videos. Great work. In Europe we do not have access to the Active 2.0 PW yet. So I am considering purchasing the Bigboi pro or the Kranzle K1322TS. The price is an almost the same. Which one would you recommend? Br Ulrik
If you can afford it Kranzle is nicer and in Europe because it will gain some performance with your 230v power grid. They don’t get the best performance in the U.S. with our 110v. In the U.S. the Kranzle is much more expensive, but in Europe it can be quite different due to duties and import tax.
Yeah, not a big fan of his personality. He's like, if you cant afford my $$$ pressure washer and want to use a cheaper one you are just dumb and poor and shouldn’t even own a car. Not that I can't afford a Kranzle, but I just don't find it a good investment given there are so many alternatives with similar performance. I'm with you Keav, keep up the good work and find good value stuffs for people. PS: I did notice that years ago you were wearing OG t-shirt and you stopped doing that lol
Just to be fair I don’t think I have heard him say things in quite the terms you describe. Also, he has stated on many videos how as we get older we are able to achieve new “levels” in regards to what we are able to afford. Lastly he has been trying to find more affordable products, the latest being a new DA. In fairness to you he is abrasive to the point I do not watch his videos as much. I would ask you to watch the video in regards to the DA polisher where he discusses the product writhe the owner. Maybe if you watch that video you would see that like all of us we evolve. His take on trying to find great products at lower price point was really interesting. Give the guy a chance to change your opinion.
In the podcast we did he seems to be breaking his walls a bit on the expensive is best. The new DA is a clear example. Abrasive is the best word and just not the style I like to watch most of the time, but I do watch if the title intrigues me.
He runs a business that sells products and if you want to expand you have to sell alternatives or you lose market share to others. He picks the best he thinks there is for those categories, but doesn’t want to carry more than one or two in those categories. Not sure he is carrying them because he wants to, but I could be wrong.
I bought a cat ele 250$ seized up after 27 washes I don’t want to buy active P/W and get 60 washes because there twice as good so if I gotta spend more to get something I can fix it’s worth the money. It’s too expensive to wash my vehicle if I have to keep buying pressure washers so the Kranzla sounds great. I have no pressure washer right now because I have to research this Where do I go to find out how much Parts cost for this unit and can I do it myself?
@@ajxerri1 Depends which Active you are referring to. The 2.0 is supposed to have twice the life of the VE52 which is the same as the CAT. I got 52 washes out of my VE52. The Active 2.3 is 5 times the life and is rebuildable. Kranzle parts are available Kranzleusa.com has the dealers and parts. Clean garage also has parts.
I’m sure it’s a really good machine, I personally can’t justify paying that much $ for it. I just got the active 2.0 after using Karcher 1700 cubes for a few years. The difference is night and day for me. Thank you for the vid sir 👍
Giraffe will work just fine. These are built to last decades and if any issue can be rebuilt. Products like Giraffe are disposable and not made to handle commercial volume. The other thing would be performance there is much more flow on these and would equate to better rinsing efficiency especially for a detailing business. For a homeowner it’s not needed it’s a want and many of us want better products. Many choose what they spend extra on say like coffee you don’t need Starbucks, but many choose it. Only difference is in the end if you sell the Kranzle years later it’s still worth at least 50% of what you paid for it.
@@CarsWithKeav makes sense it does appear well built, the giraffe is fairly low gpm, I think mine is only 1.6. My relatively cheap gas power washer does 3 gpm, but convenience is key so I rarely use it.
@@Story_Teller_Everyone You have everything you need then between those two. No need to for anything else. You could always upgrade a few things around them like a spray gun, etc to make washing more enjoyable.
All Kranzle come with a 2 year residential and 1 year commercial warranty. Pretty much industry standard now except AR 600 series they only do a 1 year overall warranty. It will run on a 15 amp with the right nozzle and foam cannon orifice, but would still need to be a dedicated 15amp.
Great video! But I will say, I have the cheap Harbor Freight Portland Pressure Washer that Josh recommended a couple years ago and I’ve had it for 2 years. It cost like $60- $70 and paired to a MJJC Pro 2 with 1.1mm orifice. And then last month I bought the active 2.0 along with the Griots Garage Foam Cannon (did not change anything here) I sprayed my front fender and door with my Portland setup and back door and rear fender with the new Active setup and I could not tell a difference. I used DIY Incredible Suds for both as well. So for A LOT cheaper I stayed with the Portland pressure washer.
Sounds like you got it all figured out. In the end it’s wants vs needs. Most of the higher end pressure washers are not really for cleaning any better since you have to contact wash to get 100% clean anyways it’s to be as efficient as possible which is why these mainly are bought by detailers. They want something that will last a decade and can be rebuilt plus have all the water flow to rinse off soap as quickly and efficiently as possible. Portland pressure washer works great it’s my first pick anytime I would build a budget was setup.
@@CarsWithKeav makes sense! I was thinking of maybe getting something new. That’s why I bought the 2.0 but I couldn’t justify the cost for what looks like identical performance (I know the active does have better gpm) but when foaming and rinsing it looked the same. I also thought about the Ryobi pressure washer since I have Ryobi tools and I would like a “name brand” pressure washer. But I think it’s similar to the Portland. Any thoughts? I will eventually upgrade but the Portland has treated me great so far.
@@alltheboost801 Portland is better than Ryobi in performance. 2.0 does much more flow than the Portland some can tell the difference and others cannot all depends if you are dialing down the pressure to be safe on paint. If the Portland is at 1500 psi it will feel like the 2.0, but once you dial down to 1k PSI to be paint safe that is when I can really feel the difference with the 2.0.
@@CarsWithKeavgood to know. Based off the testing Josh did a couple years ago with the Portland and different orifices for PSI and GPM. With my Portland I’m running the Ridge Washer 3.0 orifice nozzles and the MJJC Pro 2 with the 1.1mm orifice. I also have the cheap AutoZone Armor All foam cannon with the 1.1mm orifice, it’s okay. But will be replacing that with the MJJC S V3 I’m thinking of picking up a Ryobi 1 Gallon chemical sprayer to use with my pesticide, weed killer and DIY Detail Rinseless Wash and DIY Detail All Clean. Is there a difference in performance of using Rinseless Wash in a Chemical Sprayer vs a Foam Sprayer? (I picked up the cheap Electric Foam Sprayer from Amazon that you use with the teal blue trigger and tip. It’s been working great for me)
@@alltheboost801 I have never had good luck with the Ryobi one gallon sprayer. It never seems to keep spraying long enough I have to wait and let it build up. I had one a few years ago then decided a few months ago to try another one and the same problem. I ended using it just for spot weed control since I can’t get it to spray good for more than a few seconds. All my other Ryobi sprayers are great I have three of the backpack ones.
$100 question, will this unit with the MTM Foam Cannon run on a 15Amp circuit? Everyone dances around this question saying 20 Amp is better, has anyone used a 15 Amp and did you have any issues.
If you dial the orifice on the foam cannon up enough it sure will. I show in the video using a 1.4mm orifice that you can get just over 13 amps using one. I would run a 1.5 to be safe foam won’t be as good though.
Love your reviews. Just the facts. Is there any comparable PW that is as quiet as the Kranzle? I want to wall mount in my garage whatever PW I get and my garage is under my family room. So quiet is important selection criterion for me. I like the performance specs on the Active 2.3 but it seems to be really loud. I keep coming back to the Kranzle even if it is more than I want to spend.
Thank You, AR630 would be my choice. Performance way better than the Kranzle and it is very close in noise. Is slightly louder than the Kranzle, but way way quieter than a 2.3 and it’s very close in performance. You need a 20AMP circuit though for that one.
keav have you tried kawasaki portable pressure washer? HPW series to be exact, looking out for your feedback as it is the most common here in the Philippines, I have tried to find the one you suggested from best budget pressure washer, but it'll cost me shipping too much. Thanks
@@CarsWithKeav oh thanks, kawasaki, bosch, makita those are the name brands that are common here, really skeptical to buy since from the looks of the packaging it looked fake
thanks just got an active 2.0 Monday will take it out this weekend to clean the wife's car first since it has a ton of pollen on it. Need to get a longer hose but thatll be in a bit since i dont buy everything at once unless it saves money and that wont
You will have a good time using it. Just stay with wire braided hoses and don’t use an Uberflex. 2.0 and those hose types don’t go well together. The stick hose is actually real good it’s just a little short.
I have had the 1322 for about 2 years now and it’s fine. A bit overhyped and still too expensive but it does the job without drama. If I had to buy a PW now, I definitely would not buy it since the price is up ~$500 vs what I paid.
Thanks for the honest info. You must have gotten a deal as they really always been in this price range when I looked actually the 1322 I think has gone down some. Of course I don’t research them much to remember the prices it was always too much for me to even contemplate.
@@CarsWithKeav Based on your response, I decided to go back and look at what I paid for the 1322. It was just over $1K. Thanks a lot Keav. I liked it when I thought it was ~$800. At $1k+…🫤. Ignorance is bliss.
@@rubenharris9241 I wonder if the experience many say they have with it is just a placebo? Like back in the day everybody thought they could jump higher in Jordan’s or the Reebok pump shoes. The big purchase makes you think it will be better. I have no idea and there could be an experience, but the two cars I washed it felt like a quiet Active 2.0 or Comet 1700.
@@CarsWithKeav that is probably it. Aside from the sound (which is moderate hum), I dont think it is differentiating in any way. If I had to start from scratch, I would probably do the Active 2.0 in the box like you did in a previous video. That offers some great flexibility for real world use.
Dude…. Looks like the Active 2.3 got demoted off the top shelf in favor of the Big Boi Pro. :). Where did you find/order all those different straight tips that you were using to test? Have you ever tested any of those all in 1 nozzles that turn to have the different degrees?
Nah, just trying to help resolve the issue with the Big Boi Pro for sure not staying in the shelf. 🤣 I bought the tips at Northern Tool (Made in the USA) and got the QD bottoms from Amazon. I have tried a few that came with other pressure washers. I mean they work, but you have no idea what the nozzle size is for each different pattern.
Great video Keav. I keep going back and forth on the 2.3 and carzilla had a slight discount. After thinking about it and will be building a garage this year so i have lots of stuff to get.. so may just get the 2.0 for now and see how the 2.3 works out later on. Matt's stuff is for sure nice but only if i win a lotto or something can go his route, lol
Nothing wrong with a 2.0 to get started. Even if I won the lottery I feel I would still not spend all out on washing and spend that money on my cars or lawn mowers. 😬
Definitely way out of any range I would be in for a pressure washer. I don't know much about kranzle but heard of them. Much more competitors with similar performance to give options. I'm like you, looking for value for the money and not just only name. But it looks like a nice pressure washer, it's really quiet, I'll give it that.
It’s one of those great pressure washers that just does it’s job over and over again. Which would be great for a business, but as a home owner I just want bang for my buck and I get that with the 2.3 and the 630 a close 2nd. Sound is the only problem and the Kranzle is very quiet.
That's a good way to look at it. And to me, even knowing the 2.3 just came out and it's louder. Let's say it lasts 5 years with maintenance for a round number. Given the price a homeowner can buy another 2.3 at that time and have another new pw to last another 5 years let's say. Or even a better pw if one was available at that time. Which means this particular kranzle would have to last about 8 years in comparison because now the performance isn't as far ahead as it once was and the cost is still that much higher. To me it's very much like the mtm pf22.2 was top on many people's list years ago and nice quality and great foam etc. But for the price, there's other foam cannons now that give you nice foam and have a wide mouth opening, isn't metal on plastic. So the MTM may still be good but now competitors have arrived to give more options. I guess it's why MTM came out with that update to it, though they didn't spend the same quality on that update.
@@TRINInDC925 Yeah, I’d rather be ready in 3 to 5 years to be able to run the next best thing than feel like I have to run the Kranzle forever for it to be worth and spend money to rebuilt it if there is an issue. One thing though you could probably sell the Kranzle for decent money used if you needed to. MTM just straight up going for the quick profit with that low quality wide neck bottle. Nice they allowed previous owners to be able to upgrade, but it was a way to get added profit on the original purchase.
I have one (well EU version with 2.6GPM), for over 6 years now and it's good as new. Is it worth it? for me it is. It deliver what it says, it's fully serviceable and parts are widely available, it just works and it works good. I do use it for a lot of other things so for me it worth it, for others who just wash the car once per week? they will be fine with a cheaper one. Lets not forget that a car wash is not very demanding, for some jobs I use it fully open for 30-60 min and that is where industrial level pressure washer worth it where for a car wash even Karcher K2-k3 can work just fine.
So jealous of your 230v electrical grid. You get so much more out of these units and really rarely need a gas pressure washer because of it. Here to get 2.6 and good cleaning pressure you have to have a gas one. Agree with everything you said.
Thanks for doing a review on this unit. I’m sure you read some of Matt’s comments that I left him on his channel when he reviewed the Active 2.3. And you’re right, he was being an ass clown. From his vid it was clear he had read my earlier comments and wanted to get both you and Joshv on board with the tip of the line stuff. Honestly since he did not have the 2.3 for sale in his warehouse and he was losing online sales he’s feeling the pinch of the economy. It’s big of you do put his link on your channel to help him out. Honestly if it were me I wouldn’t give him the light of day. Side note I’m wondering if the owner of Active has reached out to him after Matt’s childish review??
James (owner of Active) and Matt get along. OG is also moving to a larger facility so I doubt he’s feeling the pinch. I like and respect Josh, Keav, and Matt (including the rest of his team). They all provide value to the industry.
James and Matt are cool with each other at least that’s what Matt says. Matt really likes them and what they are trying to do. A lot of that convo will be in the podcast and some will not and I won’t say anything that’s not in the Final Cut. It was said under trust we would keep it secret. I did tell him it felt like he wanted to hate it from the start, but that’s Matt you can’t tell sometimes what mood he is in. The AR630 is already a competing product I don’t think it benefits him to sell the 2.3. If it was $450 or even $500 I think he would feel different, but then that’s close to the 2.0 and does he replace that or sell both. Oh yeah he wants us to sell his products for sure, but I’m not doing that just because and the link benefits us both as I do get commission.
Appreciate that and Matt is a business man he makes decisions best for his brand and he is doing well. Just sometimes a product competes to closely in price to others you are selling such as the AR630. That’s the main reason ai think he is not selling it and trashing it a bit because it doesn’t benefit him. Change the price and you’ll see him change his mind.
@@CarsWithKeavtotally agree. It’s apparent at this price point the 2.3 can compete with the Kranzle. So depending on your needs if your a weeeknd warrior which most of are the 2.3 fits nicely in our life style. If your a mobile detailer or have a detailing business that your washing 5+ cars the Kranzle is the way to go for commercial use. Side note Keav you should try a dual setup fi the 2.3 to see how it performs… watch your channel explode 👍
I don’t usually say anything publicly about people but Matt puts me off. He just seems like a I am better then you attitude. I have bought stuff off of him but I don’t think I will be buying anything else. I only found him because of Pan. I do spend more for quality. Like Eley hose reels. Like my favorite UA-cam channel GCI turf made his own pressure washer shelf and reel system all made in the USA. Like Matt he is obsessed with quality but his approach is worlds apart different than Matt’s.
It just comes out that way he is very passionate about the experience he is trying to give. It for sure rubbed me the wrong way, but after talking to him and Josh and learning why we think the way we do I think a little different now. I listen a little different now to how he talks.
@@CarsWithKeav I really like this channel you and Josh out on left coast are regular guys and that’s a good thing. I have bought mosmatic stuff off him it’s nice but not for that premium. My 25° nozzles still has rust forming on the spray tip.
@@P-47D_theJug Appreciate that I like being a normal guy. Yeah all tips are just steel what is around them maybe stainless or aluminum, but they can’t hold up to the constant force from the water and the abrasive minerals in the water. They all end up rusting even with DI water as it leaches from metal.
I'm in the market for a new pressure washer! I'm having trouble picking! With the issues that the BigBoi Washr's are trying to rectify, I'm looking at the Active 2.3 and AR630. I've waffled back and forth, but I don't know if I can justify the Kranzle. I'm leaning towards the 2.3 being in Canada (worried about how loud it is) but any thoughts would be appreciated!!
I love my 2.3 the noise has never bothered me. If noise was ever a thought to be a deciding factor then AR630. Right now Active just gave me 15 more discount codes if you wanted to save. CARSWITHKEAV saves 10% if you go that route.
@@CarsWithKeavI appreciate the replies!! I’ve got an order in with Carzilla. They don’t suggest I don’t use a 100’ hose with the 2.3?! What are your real world thoughts on that?

@@MikeMJCW I have never tried a 220v as I don’t have electrical setup to use one. I ah e been eyeing possibly adding a 220v to the garage and trying out a can pump brand ones. Problem is you rarely have a true start/stop system on those. They run constant like a gas pressure washer. Some have a remote control switch you can turn on and off when not near the unit.
@@MikeMJCW There could be one out there, but I have not seen one. Machine is too powerful for a pressure switch. You could try a dual AR or Kranzle to get that performance.
Your gas pressure washer review was great! Gas could work as my garage is detached so it wouldn't disturb the neighbors. Or I just avoid the rabbit hole and use my DeWalt DWPW 3000 unit.😂🐇🕳
@@MikeMJCW best thing about electric is you don’t feel bad using it at night or early in the morning. The gas one would disturb some people at those hours.
You could argue the VE52 is an even better bang for your buck except the 2.0 is twice the longevity so it would cost $50 more to run two VE52 for the same time frame. 🤣
I dont know why your worried about what matt thinks of you or your channel!! It your content and its your garage!!! If you wanna put husky tool drawers with harbor freight tools in it...its your garage !!! Unless he pays for the mortgage...he has no say!!!
I can appreciate Matt’s opinion on a lot of things, he’s an ass and doesn’t hide from it and I’m a bit of an ass myself however, most of us don’t have the budget he does. He has done the work to be able to afford the finer things in life though, can’t take that from the man. At the end of the day, like most things in life, take everything with a grain of salt and make the best decision for you and your wallet. I felt sick when I bought the active 2.0 last year but it has paid for itself 10x over.
He is very passionate as a lot of time and money went into trying to get these companies to improve their products. He did a lot for our industry by getting those companies to listen like MtM with the SGS28 for example. He feels betrayed if you try a cheaper Chinese product that may have copied the intellectual property. I like most people think differently and don’t care about where it comes from just want the value because we don’t have that time put in. I think he just gets lost in translation on his videos and ends up calling people names because they buy the cheap stuff. I sure took some things the wrong way until talking to him about it.
I guess my previous comment didn't post. From my research the Kranzle 1322TS is nothing more than the wobble plate of the 1122 installed on a 1622. If you compare parts the 1122 has a 12.1 degree wobble plate and the 1622 has a 9.75 degree wobble plate. I think they are interchangeable.
It’s a combo of some sort not sure exactly, but it’s the flow performance of an 1122 and the look of a 1622. At the time the 1622 was not total stop so that was another addition from the 1122. 1622ts didn’t come out till later.
I get the whole “business expense” but in order to get the write off, you have to spend the money. So it’s not as great as it sounds. Kinda like the machine. LOL I’m not surprised, we’ve known for years the AR was the better unit. Now the others are really competing with that. And the 20A thing is an ideal place to focus. Seems like the competition thought so too.
@@JeepJL Nope, not as great as it sounds. Going to be a cheap month or so now before we get that money back. We have to save enough to be able to sustain during the winter when nobody is watching or buying. AR is the way or 2.3 if you are a risk taker.
I have not heard from them in a week since sending them a bunch of videos of the issues I could replicate. I think they just don’t know what to do yet and don’t know what to say.
When I saw Matt call you out on the wash and talk, I couldn't help but think, "I don't like it when mommy and daddy fight". I feel like the kid in the divorce because I get Christmas twice.
Yeah, it’s better we just do our own thing and be respectful. I mean joking banter is always accepted, but I won’t be doing that anymore we got enough done in this video. 🤣
google "pressure washer siamese kit". it's a viable method that is older than dirt. The gas guys do that because the jump from an 4gpm machine to a 8gpm machine is expensive even if you factor in twice the maintenance and twice the fuel. However you don't that with 115v because 230v exist and overlap and the jump isn't extreme even if you factor in running a 230v circuit. ~2gpm is the limitation of 115v, 3.5~4GPM is the limit of 230v single-phase.
Now that you own the most coveted pressure washers on the planet, I'm curious to know how this Kranzle will fit in your lineup, and what your plans are with it? Which one is going to become your main unit on the shelf once you're done troubleshooting the Bboi? Since the money is already gone and you have both, if your family complained about the noise of the 2.3, are you putting the AR or Kranzle on the shelf? As it stands in this video, you seemed a bit "meh" on the Kranzle. Wondering how it feels in use as you get more time on it, since so many of the intangible traits are what people seem to rave about and how those improve the user experience (sound note, smoothness of operation, etc). Thanks for putting the team on your back with acquiring all these pressure washers lately. Really appreciate all the free content you're providing us with!
If family complains the AR630 goes back on the shelf. I prefer it in almost every way to the Kranzle except maybe looks and where the hose intake is. It’s Meh to me as the AR630 just has better numbers and feels better to me when rinsing. I’ve only washed one car with the Kranzle, but didn’t feel that experience many have described. I wonder how much of it is a placebo from the big purchase. I mean they could have an experience I didn’t, but not sure how many of them have tried an ar630 as well. Matt is partial no matter what he says it’s his evolution of the 1122 and 1622 of course it’s his favorite.
@@CarsWithKeav thanks so much for the input, and good point on the “big purchase bias”! Last question regarding noise level. It looked like the AR was a tiny bit louder on the decibel meter, but in actual use how much difference do you notice between the two? My garage borders the living room, and my family has already given complaints about other pressure washers so noise level is high on my priorities… Any plans for more head to head videos with the Kranzle? Thanks again!
@@BradRussellisAwesome Not sure on a head to head, but Kranzle is slightly quieter, but not by much. I don’t think there is a pressure washer out there that you can’t hear in the next room. You got vibrations among other things carrying through. Ar630 test was done with the phone which tends to measure higher as well. I might do a video later when I find a comparable can pump style pressure washer and we can do another battle.
@@CarsWithKeav appreciate the info. You've been a huge help for so many. I picked up the Active 2.3 and absolutely love it. The way it looks, the output, the way the motor/pump sounds, the incredibly quick response time from trigger pull to on/off with the 100' Kobrajet hose, and the company has had excellent customer service that's been super responsive by phone and email. Unfortunately, even though I personally like the tone of it, there's no getting around how loud it is and I guess it' particular tone carries through walls well. The boss (Mrs.) was really bothered by it since the garage is below a bedroom and borders the living room and naturally I'm washing early or late. Even with the 2.3 mounted on opposite exterior wall or when on the ground it bothered the fam. I've looked into building a sound isolation box, but she basically said "Don't waste your time. Return it and spend whatever you have to and get the quietest one you can." So I'm using the opportunity to go all out with the Kranzle (no real budget), but if the AR is objectively better at the same/similar sound level I don't see any good reason for a home-gamer like myself to get the Kranzle other than the "second kind of cool" intrinsics and the feeling of finally having one and avoiding FOMO. (I fully realize how ridiculous I sound right now). Anyways, appreciate your time and work!
@@BradRussellisAwesome No problem, AR is much quieter very close to the Kranzle. They both have the same kind of motor sound. They will both still vibrate the wall, but much less.
I'm in the U.S. and here the AR630 is way less expensive than a Kranzle and performs better. It runs circles around the Big Boi here on the 120v system we have. Big Boi Pro is the exact same price as an AR630 here at $750. Big Boi can't get their Pro model to work in a lot of our garages due to low voltage problems. Their launch here was not very good way too many problems.
@@1thechosenjuan1 More than a couple hundred its $430 cheaper. AR630 is $820 free shipping with taxes vs Kranzle 1322ts at 1250 shipped from OG with taxes. Agreed the 630 is the better choice.

True and a valid point. AR630 to me is a better investment as I can take the money saved and put it in a real investment or get something cool for my wash setup. Just all about what we want. I don’t think any bad decision can be made if you got what you want.
@@1thechosenjuan1 I don’t think so either. Most pick these because they don’t want to deal with issues over long period of time or at least that confidence it’s always going to work.

We all can agree it would be great to have the best stuff all the time, but compromise is a big word for most of us and that’s where I try to live so I can show all kinds of options. I’m glad many can afford whatever they want, but don’t like it when they shove it in my face and say buy once cry once or save and buy the best later. I’m crying at the cost of my three sons braces and then cars and then then college. I have to make compromises to enjoy my free time washing cars and I want to wash now! UA-cam has helped me to see and review these expensive products to understand them, but my perspective on value just hasn’t changed.
Great response Keav.

@@CarsWithKeav My thoughts on one thing that Matt said in todays podcast called “What Am I missing on Pressure Washing”
Keav.
Thanks for using DIY Detail Incredible Suds

Keav , as always great review. IM looking to forward to your SONIC cabinet array, Dynaudio-NAD garage setup and many other boutique reviews :)
🤣🤣🤣 Right after I review my Porsche GT3RS first.
for anyone that feel like their Active 2.3 is too loud. try to remove it from the cage (if you don't intend to wall mount it directly using the cage). for me the noise reduction is pretty significant. and actually it looks even better without the cage.

@ yup! Planning on only running the Kranzle whenever I’m using it
I had gotten the active 2.3 on launch day. With only 2 days of use, the TSS stopped working. Initial impressions of the unit is that it was louddddd.

A LOTTTT quieter now. I probably received a defective machine on the first time around.
Very satisfied with the 2.3 and its numbers and performance.
Hmm I got the same TSS problem - pump won’t stop. Hope it’s not a widespread issue…
These are the first two occurrences I have heard of hope it’s isolated. Not running Uberflex or anything like that? That would be the only way to get that issue if TSS is working well.

I really wanted something that is portable and of really good quality, a pressure washer. I got a Mac Allister pressure washer which only lasted about 3 months in our Middle East weather 😂. You talked about the bigboi pro with the humming and poping its own built in breaker. That has been going with my pro. But it’s not tripping my house breaker. It’s not going overeat 13 amps.
Over 13 amps it runs at 12.8 amps

He's wealthy, but I certainly wouldn't call him "extremely wealthy."
Whether you realize it or not, we've all benefitted from Matt being in the detailing world.
Really appreciate your views and build your own experience and value approach
Thank You
Hay Keav...first of all: good honest review on the Kranzle; especially when it comes to cost-to-performance.
Cheers!

@CarsWithKeav oh ok thank you
Your channel is better....Just saying.

@@CarsWithKeavThe Active 2.3 is very tempting cause I'm thinking about the user experience and performance. Thanks Keav!
Why do you like the active 2.3 over the ar630tss changing the oil and the 2.3 just looks like too much
It’s every 100 hours so for me I just change once a year. I kind of like taking it all apart and learning the internals. I’m a numbers guy and 2.3 vs 2.2 is just more. Plus the ramp up is more linear and less jolting. It is much louder though so if noise is of any issue get the 630.

Keav, does the active 2.3 without the cage wall mounted sound better maybe quieter?
Hello Keav! Do they make some type of hour meter you can put on a PW to help with maintenance schedules? Thx!
I’m trying to figure that out myself. Lots of gas pressure washer ones out there. I think those
Might work as it’s based on vibration possibly some pressure washers will be able to trigger the hour meter.
Thanks for checking your resources. Will stay posted!👍
What did you purchase your shelf to put your pressure washer on?
Home Depot. It’s just heavy duty version of closet shelving. Everbilt brand. I love it because I can adjust my height anytime I want.
Isn’t that where you want to get your numbers for since that is what the eventual output is?
Thank you for your recommendation - much appreciated. I will go for the Kranzle then.
You've clearly watched very little (if any) of Matt's videos. He has several budget pressure washers and accessory kits available.
@@jeffc6832exactly he sells actives and karchers😂😂
In the podcast we did he seems to be breaking his walls a bit on the expensive is best. The new DA is a clear example. Abrasive is the best word and just not the style I like to watch most of the time, but I do watch if the title intrigues me.
He runs a business that sells products and if you want to expand you have to sell alternatives or you lose market share to others. He picks the best he thinks there is for those categories, but doesn’t want to carry more than one or two in those categories. Not sure he is carrying them because he wants to, but I could be wrong.
I bought a cat ele 250$ seized up after 27 washes I don’t want to buy active
P/W and get 60 washes because there twice as good so if I gotta spend more to get something I can fix it’s worth the money.
Do you have a link to the quick connects and gun with the on/off please?
Sorry, forgot to put that in the description. They are not cheap, but are the best in my opinion. www.eleyhosereels.com/?rfsn=7891545.320d539
I’m sure it’s a really good machine, I personally can’t justify paying that much $ for it. I just got the active 2.0 after using Karcher 1700 cubes for a few years. The difference is night and day for me. Thank you for the vid sir 👍
That’s a big step in flow. Before the Active the Kranzle and AR was the only way to get that type of performance.
@@CarsWithKeav with the active 2.0 what size nozzles work best and orifice size for cannons works best?
@@JohnD15317 I like to run a 4.0 nozzle and you can run a 1.25 orifice which is close to 15Amps. You can also run the 1.4 to keep the amps down.
@@CarsWithKeav thank you 👍
I just use giraffe aio, seems fine. What is really the difference with something like this, all seems like similar stuff to me.
You could always upgrade a few things around them like a spray gun, etc to make washing more enjoyable.
my circuit is 15 amp so i couldn't buy this if i wanted to and i'm not paying to upgrade the circuit to 20 amps. What is the warranty on this machine?
All Kranzle come with a 2 year residential and 1 year commercial warranty. Pretty much industry standard now except AR 600 series they only do a 1 year overall warranty. It will
run on a 15 amp with the right nozzle and foam cannon orifice, but would still need to be a dedicated 15amp.
hey where can I get the 1.4 Orifice for the foam cannon?

Good afternoon!
Do you have any more updates on the bigboi duo pressure washer?
I do not have not heard anything for a few weeks now.
@@CarsWithKeav Ok, thank you!👋
@@samuelvazquez7280 You're Welcome
Great video! But I will say, I have the cheap Harbor Freight Portland Pressure Washer that Josh recommended a couple years ago and I’ve had it for 2 years. It cost like $60- $70 and paired to a MJJC Pro 2 with 1.1mm orifice. And then last month I bought the active 2.0 along with the Griots Garage Foam Cannon (did not change anything here)
I sprayed my front fender and door with my Portland setup and back door and rear fender with the new Active setup and I could not tell a difference.
But will be replacing that with the MJJC S V3
I’m thinking of picking up a Ryobi 1 Gallon chemical sprayer to use with my pesticide, weed killer and DIY Detail Rinseless Wash and DIY Detail All Clean.
All my other Ryobi sprayers are great I have three of the backpack ones.
the channel for the common man/woman. thanks Keav!
We do a little bit of everything here. Appreciate the kind words.
Did you ever experience any of these problem on your power washer big boi pro
on your dedicated 20 amp breaker?
I have experienced both the hum and the no pressure when pulling the trigger. It’s not an amp issue it’s a voltage issue with the 4 pole motor.
Are you able to use a 2.0 with the Kranzle safely?
The smallest I would try is a 3.0 and that might be too much.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks! I probably can manage the 20 amp circuit.
keav have you tried kawasaki portable pressure washer? HPW series to be exact, looking out for your feedback as it is the most common here in the Philippines, I have tried to find the one you suggested from best budget pressure washer, but it'll cost me shipping too much. Thanks
Sorry, but Kawasaki ones are not available in the U.S. for me to review.
Kawasaki is just a licensed brand generic pressure washer made in China. Won’t be much better or worse than any regular retail pressure washer

thanks just got an active 2.0 Monday will take it out this weekend to clean the wife's car first since it has a ton of pollen on it.
Thanks I'm waiting for their 50 ft hose to come out or would you recommend something else
I have had the 1322 for about 2 years now and it’s fine. A bit overhyped and still too expensive but it does the job without drama. If I had to buy a PW now, I definitely would not buy it since the price is up ~$500 vs what I paid.
What would you buy if you were to buy a unit right now?
@@CarsWithKeav Yes it would be a great upgrade from my karcher 1700 cube. And yes i agree would get nice cars, lol

At the time the 1622 was not total stop so that was another addition from the 1122. 1622ts didn’t come out till later.
yeah my Bigboi Pros mobo got faulty
Yeah, they seem to be having issues with the first units sent to the U.S.
Keav broke the bank to be somewhat underwhelmed?
Now it’s a paperweight tax write off at the moment. 🤣
Thanks for the ibigboi update haven’t heard anything from them directly
I have not heard from them in a week since sending them a bunch of videos of the issues I could replicate. I think they just don’t know what to do yet and don’t know what to say.
Keav..what are those issues...I've been real busy and haven't used my Big BiiPro. Jeep us updated. Hope I didn't get caught up un hype ....
Amazing, detailed video, thank you and keeping it simple and easy to understand! Sub'd!
Appreciate that!
Ill go with bigboi pro.
Somebody said the second shipment they fixed the issues they had with the first one.
When matt did a dual setup with the kranzle i fuckin' checked out!! Dude is not all there !
google "pressure washer siamese kit". it's a viable method that is older than dirt.
Ya Matt is crazy… I can’t believe he wants to make detailing better… why would anyone do that??
The rest of the world and 230v I am so jealous. They have so many cool pressure washers out there waiting to be tested.
If they could get the two 2.0’s to work I would have probably done it. 🤣 two Active 2.3 though? I got an idea. 🤣
So this is obsessed garage 2.0 ? Lol😮😂
🤣🤣🤣 Walmart Matt has upgraded to Target. I was kicked out though when my credit card was declined. 🤣
Obsessed garbage 2.0?
@@1thechosenjuan1 They were just joking with me. All in good fun.
My garage borders the living room, and my family has already given complaints about other pressure washers so noise level is high on my priorities…
Any plans for more head to head videos with the Kranzle?
AR630TSS all day, every day.
I like your style.
I like the sound of it the best. It just sounds like quality.
@@mulhallsj Agreed
Ar630 is a 1000 pound mate .bigboy is better than the ar630 and that’s only 600 quid
Keep it rock’n Keav. Pan, Ivan/Nick & You are the best! 🏎️💦🔫💪🏽
Appreciate that. That is great company to be in.
I just spoke to Matt at OG..... He said it's not worth it and it's all hype 👀🤣🤣🤣
It’s an experience it can’t be explained.
Its super quiet make this machine is better than other..
It is a very quiet machine for sure.
Because of you I purchased the CHEOTIME electric Foam sprayer from Amazon. I can wait til it arrives 👍
Hope you enjoy it when it arrives. They are on quite the delivery delay.
Best pressure washer .
It is really good not denying that just the price is so expensive is my biggest issue.
The best pressure washer in this range is the AR630tss. Has better output while having similar build quality and it’s a couple hundred bucks cheaper
@@1thechosenjuan1 More than a couple hundred its $430 cheaper. AR630 is $820 free shipping with taxes vs Kranzle 1322ts at 1250 shipped from OG with taxes. Agreed the 630 is the better choice.
I’m 100% all about value I could care less about what brand it is not everyone has a million dollars to spend like Matt especially in todays economy
How much does punctuation cost?
@@timkinley1779 your mother smart ass
@@timkinley1779 I can tell your a og fan boy 😂
It’s free and so is being the grammar police. You both have fun now.
This is why Josh doesn’t respond to his comments as much.
Nothing is made to last forever! Apparently matt didn't get the memo!!! Fuck that dude!! I prefer this channel better!!! Its more budget/consumer friendly!! Thx dude
I would love to see you say that to his face…
@@BondsIsKing I'd be happy too. Matt is for those that cannot think on their own. He's like the guy who thinks the $1,000 bottle of wine is better than the $100 price because of price. He says he doesn't cater to everyone, but fails to realize he is working with an industry that doesn't come close to 60-80% margins like professional services. Clearly not that intelligent.
@@Spirit2TT he literally just said a cheap polisher is really good. Calls it how he sees it. He called BigBoi trash and look what we are seeing it’s trash. Those idiots didn’t know our power was different here?
@@Spirit2TT I can very clearly think on my own. I just like the fact that Matt is willing to do the heavy lifting and sometimes buying for me. I am willing to pay for someone else to do all of this research for me. I have a busy life and don't want to waste my time buying different pressure washers to figure out which one is best in terms of quality. I have grown to trust Matt's opinion as well as many others to what works well.
@@smb1014Exactly, the ones who hate, hate him because most of his stuff is expansive and because he calls out Chinese copies.
100% worth it
Agreed if you got the money. I just have so many other places to spend the extra cash even if I had the money. UA-cam reviews let’s me indulge a little to try out these products I would otherwise feel I can’t afford which I really could, but my extra money goes into car mods. 🤣
All about the investment in the long run
True and a valid point. AR630 to me is a better investment as I can take the money saved and put it in a real investment or get something cool for my wash setup. Just all about what we want. I don’t think any bad decision can be made if you got what you want.
You don’t need to spend this much for a solution to cover this aspect of detailing
@@1thechosenjuan1 I don’t think so either. Most pick these because they don’t want to deal with issues over long period of time or at least that confidence it’s always going to work.
Well, tbh I wanted one for years. Today, there are too many great machines for less to be wasting my money on a Kranzle! Over hyped, over priced! #active #arblue #bigboi #xfactor
I tried washing a few cars with it and never felt that experience I’m told you will feel. Felt like a weaker ar630 to me.
Best bang for buck content is what i like!! It doesnt matter what the product is!!! Especially in this biden economy!!
