Hi Ian, at first glance it is, especially when looking on a website with 10+ different types of "Pig Tails" and not knowing where it goes. But I hoped seeing it all layed out might make a bit more sense. Install video will be out tomorrow and it did take a bit of work but as long as you have long enough pipes it's not too hard.
Excellent video! Thanks for all that information, so helpful and I like they way you also add some details in writing/graphics. Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you. In the process of installing ours at present and finalising the plan. Only just come across you channel and your overview is well presented and very informative. Onto your next vid now 👍😊
Nicely done, a lot of info. Looking forward to watching the install. I went with the gas bottle inside myself but would like to upgrade to an undermount one in the future.
Yep you're right! The diesel heater itself is inside but the exhaust does run along there. There's enough distance that it doesn't heat up the waste water tank though. Plus the end is pointed away. That's definitely another reason we couldn't have put the LPG tank up there. Thanks so much for watching - it honestly made our day to know someone's watching a couple of our vids (and paying attention haha!).
Hi guys, do you have any more detail on the remote switch that you have for the solenoid please? The £150 one that Gas-It sell seems a bit steep. Is yours just a regular on/off switch? Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately they stopped selling the one we have. As far as we can tell, it's just a normal 12v switch but we haven't been able to get confirmation from Gas It that any switch would work. They do now sell this one for much less which also shows the level of the gas tank www.gasit.co.uk/9-led-display-switched-output-wire-0-95-ohm-gas-tank-sender.html
I ask because I bought a gas it system from a third party (never installed) and it came with a filter to be connected to the output, but it’s adding too much bulk for the install location so I want to leave it off. Just wondered your reasons for not including one. I have LPG (auto gas) on my car engine and that has a filter which I wouldn’t bypass, but my thoughts are that for cooker/fridge/heating on a camper it’s more than likely overkill. Thanks for your reply.
Very dangerous??????? Why are you using a 8mm or 10mm copper pipe on the high pressure side to the regulator, You can only use the copper pipe after the regulator on the low pressure side upto a manifold then send to appliances.
For part 2 of our LPG install were we install all of these parts on the van, check out. 🔥ua-cam.com/video/vKq0_faLiUE/v-deo.html🔥
That was a lot of information! It sounded like one heck of a lot of work.

Excellent video guys! What waste and water tank did you use? Cannot see them on the video description
But how cold can it be outside for this to work? Butane only works at above - 2 Celsius?
Hi guys love the vid. How did you wire up the remote solinoid valve and what bits did you use to make it work
No links for parts.
I thought your Diesel Heater is where your waste water tank is?
Thanks for the great vids!

No filter?
I have never seen one used and the company did not recommend one. At what point would you recommend putting one?
