16 million and the pool is rusty? And sooooo roccoco. The last house was a disappointing, disjointed mish mash of styles, as if different owners started to make changes then left. She made a good choice. Modernized without ruining the original style
first home was the best among the three, it was modern but still traditional and inviting. it looks and feels like a happy home to live in compare to the other two. and the best part of it, it was the most beautiful and yet it's the least expensive which is amazing.
Alexandria is incredibly wealthy! Brains and beauty plus a relaxed personality and vibe. Second only to house two, she was most definitely the show stopper!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home it exudes an understated elegance and sophistication without taking itself too seriously, it was my favorite. Unquestionably, I know Alexandra will enjoy living at this magnificent home... Abrazos
Where I live, the first house would be 20-30 million. Living in one of the best skiing areas in the country raises everything by a lot. BTW a small 1200 sq foot home sold for 7 million here.
She's from Swaziland! They have beautiful homes there! Every home has a Sauna! None of these homes have a Sauna! Okay, maybe #2, was a bit much! Just remove a lot of that furniture!!
love the style in house number 1 with the Moroccan tiles and doors and Spanisch finca sealings❤. Second house is too beige and dark and the marbles are not up to date, very Italian. Third one very Ikea😣
No Jeff, I don't think so! It was actually my favorite home! I do think that the tennis court in house #3; should be added to home #2; with a bowling alley! I loved home #2; but it was so over priced! Can you image paying the taxes; every year on it? smh
The 1st house was light, modern, spacious..the 2nd house was more old world, and needed alot of updating, the aesthetics of the 3rd house was off, dark kitchen, no particular style, just a mixture of different styles...the buyer seemed underwhelmed by any of them...interesting how they would enter a room and stand in one place and just look not really explore and get a true feel for the homes...
The second home needed a lot of updating, also it looked like the outside of the pool was rusted out. That may even be a teardown for a wealthy investor.
Ladies need to break out of the thought that they're only sex objects, and that they have to dress like someone who has to advertise their body. A woman looks much better dressed in something that is more tailored to her self, something that flows around her body a little bit, instead of something so tight that it takes away from the person inside and only enhances the shell outside.
I think they both, look great. Their outfits fit well and they look very well put together. As a woman, I appreciate other women that enjoy taking pride in their appearance. As long as feel good, that should be all that matters.
@@shelleygreyrealtor , I agree. Though the buyer did look a bit overdressed for househunting, the dress was very tasteful, not 'something so tight'. What drives me nuts on a lot of these shows are the horrible, plastic surgeried hosts.
Mansion, #2 was my favorite! It was so over priced; but gorgeous! If I was not short a few dollars, I would buy it!! 😂😂😂 But #1 having that added Casita, is a dream! I love this home as well! 👍🏆👍
Old European? Are you kidding me! This is in the States and there aren’t any real old houses compared to Europe. Anyway, this is still very recently built and a tacky pastiche and tasteless mishmash of styles. You wanna know what is old European! My parents' house dates back to the early 15th century and the walls are over a metre thick.
@@Diyprincesss Yea, its always funny in America to see these things "old European" "Tuscan" "Mediterranean", etc. Its all a diluted architectural joke missing the nuance that takes it from tacky to timeless.

The renovation done on the first home enhanced it. Sometimes it does the opposite, but this home was done very tastefully, yet modern and airy.

The first home was my favorite too.
me too
Same! Love the courtyard. Adds an element of sophistication
Me too. A lot of bang for not a lot of buck. Plus she had the house in Sweden so she's my kind of girl, budget conscious.
Great choice. My fave house the spanish modern style is amazing. Plus its the cheapest among the three and its within her budget!
I loved the light fixture in the first kitchen,I absolutely fell in love with that house😍
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home it exudes an understated elegance and sophistication without taking itself too seriously, it was my favorite. Unquestionably, I know Alexandra will enjoy living at this magnificent home... Abrazos
Kelly, hands down I loved house #1! Houses #2 & #3 had aspects that I liked; as well but; they were a bit over priced for what she was looking for!
House 2 reminds me of the Great Gatsby movie.Very over the top!
House #1. Cozier, below budget, updated in and out the wall! Great choice!
All the houses were stunning but no 1 was INCREDIBLE!!😍 I need to start playing the lotto!
Many decorating ideas in these videos! Great!

3rd house has lots of greenery that she wanted but 1st house was newly renovated, in excellent condition. Wish I could afford one in my country
*1st home was GORGEOUS!* 😘
This was a good episode!
Again, the buyer is very nice and humble
Swiss Lady looks so natural....she knows a good test,,as many people in her country...
I was hoping she would choose house number 1 and glad that she did! It is such a beautiful house ❤️
Yeah same and the house is also within the budget
These are palaces :) Sooo beautiful
Great choice. The 1st one was the best choice
"Feel like a princess" she said
I couldn't agree more
The house number 2 is my dream house.
Amazing homes!
Good choice. I love the house no 1, too!
I can afford it if i get paid everytime the host says gorgeous!
🤣😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Second house pool area mmmm rusty and l dont like the bathroom looks scary
Plus you need an army of cleaning ladies for second house .
Yes Good choice the first one is the best....
The second house was too gaudy. It wouldn’t appeal to the Swiss
it also wasn't european it was just an over the top amerian imagination of european style
She's from Swaziland! They have beautiful homes there! Every home has a Sauna! None of these homes have a Sauna! Okay, maybe #2, was a bit much! Just remove a lot of that furniture!!
FROM Switzerland Not Swaziland LOL
love the style in house number 1 with the Moroccan tiles and doors and Spanisch finca sealings❤. Second house is too beige and dark and the marbles are not up to date, very Italian. Third one very Ikea😣
The pool areas need some polishing on all the homes
Number 3 look like home.......more normal and sweet
2nd house looks haunted

Pay your taxes Jeff
Ohh Jeff😂
Hahaaa
@@ceciliem1811 If he's the real Jeff Bezos I don't think he's worried about paying taxes or anything else for that matter.
$11M for the first house? Can live by the beach in South Bay like Palos Verdes or OC, Newport area for that. By. The. Beach. Who needs BHs?
Why don’t they fix the rust on the pool?
yaaaay glad she picked my fav too
Where are your offices in South Africa?
God bless you🙏🙏🙏🙏
i like 3rd house,💋❤️🤗🙏😇
I would continue my house tour, in a different neighborhood. The homes don't fit the price, seen way better for less. 1 was the best.
Beautiful choice! I wonder if she’s still owns that house?
Clarity of thought from buyer was high. She didn't hesitate before her decision.
Combien coûte la propriété la plus belle et et plus grande et plus luxueuse ?
Second house is really exciting 😍
Plz gimme one of those luxury homes (more like villas) 😭🥺🙏🏻
First one is my favourite
The second home needed a lot of updating, also it looked like the outside of the pool was rusted out. That may even be a teardown for a wealthy investor.
The raw material used to create excess living spaces is nauseating ... and the lack of warmth and creativity is disappointing.

@@LibbyRal she's not just house hunting... she's going on tv.
@@F-J. , good point!
House #2 is so my vibe.
Foe House#1, the buyer mentions how she's such a fan of two sinks in the master bathroom. But are there two showers in there?
Actually i love the 2nd house also...😁
For House#2, that master bathroom is only missing some lion sculptures next to that bath tub
The second Estate was bought by RuPaul in 2019 for $13.7 Million
He is welcome to it.
Really love the 2nd hme
Mansion, #2 was my favorite! It was so over priced; but gorgeous! If I was not short a few dollars, I would buy it!! 😂😂😂
But #1 having that added Casita, is a dream! I love this home as well! 👍🏆👍
My favorite house was #2❤️
Disney's no 2 shouts Candy Spelling!
Betapa enaknya punya rumah ini,,,
The second house is proof that money cannot buy good taste. So tacky!
It's old European, which makes it look dated. I wouldn't say it was tacky. It has a lot of ornate detail and is buyer specific.

it's also beautiful to some people... You don't like it.... that doesn't mean their taste is not good
What's the obsession over entertaining....I mean all these people buying homes just for entertaining others..🤣
I like the first one.
2nd home is my dream home.
So luxe!!
I would choose The last one
“Sounds good”
I like house 1
It's crazy she paid all that money and can't even enjoy it because she's traveling for work and she's in another country. Nice choice on house 1.
🗣 Size Queennnnnnnn
I didn't like their way / technique of asking ' how much do you think it would costs '.. very clever/ cunning..whtevr
1st one by far.....the others are too outdated & old fashioned. She made the best choice
The second house was scary
The Second House Is Scary And Ugly.
I like the 4th house
She’s rich. Soooo rich.
And dhe got so rich in South Africa, the country everybody has written off.
Yay💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
I was not feeling the second house at all.
The buyer, I've seen her before...The Bachelor or Millionaire Matchmaker?
LOVELY
@4:37 that’s what she said
I’d like to know why a young woman who lives alone needs a $12 million dollar giant size home anyway.
On one episode a 28 year old woman spent 31 and a half million on a mansion... Alone

How do you become a millionaire property realtor??? Is it YOU that own the properties ???
For House#1, there are no windows in that fabulous kitchen. I am not a fan of kitchens that are tucked into the interior of the house,
I have already found mine😎
the second house was my favorite
What’s with glass toilet 🚽 and shower 🚿..... bit of privacy pls
What are the addresses for these homes? Pointless to showcase them, and not say what the address is.
Does she even have a green card to live in America or was she just purchasing the home to visit?
Anyone can buy real estate here, what does a green card or citizenship have to do with it?
I love the 2nd house layout but not the design.
It is pronounced REALTOR....one A...
It is pronounced
ESPRESSO...no X
the second house was just a heavy for called home
Rich are more polite in the show.....
I thought this was #DreamlivingLa
Oh myyyyy
lady don't buy anyone not up to.mark old is only wife mother and father r good rest get new everything
Not my idea of homely and cosy...... too much luxury display house and too little warmth
Gotta spend a lot for home cleaning 🧹 🙄
3 is ugly kitchen to dark but I know 2 is over Budget but i think she should pick 2 but she'll pick 1
#2 definitely would appeal to a specific type of buyer. Too gaudy for me, but at least the style was consistent throughout the house
Looking at the front of the first house, you don't give anything for it, it seems so simple 🤦🏼♂️😂
Simple is tasteful. 2nd house very bad taste.
