The pork sheets in that tom yum noodle are called "Moo Deng". Deng means bouncy. They massage minced pork until it becomes very soft and bouncy, then they make it into sheets and cook them in a piping hot water. Glad you liked the dish!

Thailand's weather is real monster lol. There can be rain spawned randomly in the middle of a sunny day. You will see it in like December(which is coldest month of Thailand but still not that cold), someday in december will have like 3 weather in a day like cold in the morning then rain then hot. Anyways stay healthy from the rainy season. Love this channel!

curry flavored meat skewers are traditionally pork, called moo satay, pork satay. or you can choose chicken, which would be called gai satay, gai meaning chicken. sauce is usually a peanut butter and Thai massaman curry base, I believe, and other ingredients thrown in too

Tom yum noodle and tom yum kung soup contain different ingredients (eventhough they pronounce the same). Tom yum noodle has chilli powder, ground peanut and lime juice. Whereas Tom yum kung has herb taste like galangal, kiffir lime leaves, lemongrass plus sweet chilli paste and lime juice. Love your vdo..keep up the good works!!

A place worth visiting only an hour and a half away from Bangkok by train is Ayutthaya. Hundreds of ancient temple ruins, boat noodles, floating markets, and the train tickets are really cheap, as well. Lots of people hire bikes and go around the city.

With the messages in Thai, like the no pet sign, try using Google Translate and just point the app to it and it will roughly translate it for you. I used it a lot to read the restaurant menus when I was in Thailand 2 years ago. Been binge-watching your channel btw, especially the food videos. Getting ready to go back there in July hopefully! Skewers satay is actually a street food that should be eat properly on a table. You dip the meat in the sauce, put into your mouth and then use that same skewer to stab the pickles. Cheers.

@@ChovyTravel I have one very popular dessert shop called “Nueng Nom Nua - Banthat Thong” for you to try 🍞🍧. There are known from fresh warm milk and Shokupan grill toasted skew. But bear in mind that there will be a queue 😖.

The sign you found actually says in Thai do not let your pets defecate in public areas, so it’s cool if you bring your pets there, just make sure to clean up after them! I do not know why they used those pictures for the signs but they can be misleading😂

I think you can bring pets? The sign says "No feeding stray animals & do not bring animals to excrete waste here", so I think you can still bring them in as long as you don't let them do their business.

When foreigners or tourists flock into some places, locals have to find other places to enjoy themselves. And the sign said you could bring pets but not to let them making any mass (pee & poo) and don't feed any animal (maybe birds) around the area.

You can! However, after you take the BTS you would have to walk about 1KM. With that being said, we decided to take a Bolt ride since we were going to walk a lot upon arrival anyways.
