great video - Short , to the point with a lot of information
I’m a backstroker too and this was actually helpful 😄 if only my UA-cam channel was as good as my backstroke 😅
Great video on olimpica athletes i see what you have to do now😌👍
I have a request to upload the heats of rio (swimming) as have watched all,and i am willing to watch the swimming heats.pleas upload it as soon as possible
Brilliant balance
Going to work on this one as well Elizabeth.
Great , thank u
❤ thank you. the shoulder roll seems pretty integral to a successful full stroke with maximized dps (that's distance per stroke for all the non 'elite' swimmers that have yet to do a full 100yrds without interruption, and a couple of 'fast' (relative to your size even though its still slow comparatively) 25yd sprints :). anyway, just saying, i cant help but notice the shoulder roll, which i did not hear mentioned :) but thank you for the head position specificity :)
I was on the team at Asphalt Green !!
I like it
Good trip try out today

Ok that's universal you can apply it everywhere

Using the cup in public pool sure draws attention! I'm a little too shy to try.
