    unfortunately, the swimmer is out of the shot when she dives in for freestyle, so we can't see her head position. Would love to see this with the camera on her as she is airborne and entering the water, not just while she's on the block. I have always had trouble with my googles being pushed up off my eyes in this dive. I know my hands and head are going into the same hole, so I need to see what I'm doing wrong.

      Kim N Make sure you have a tight streamline around your head and keep your head facing down. Don't look up until you've mastered a basic start.

      Mahsa Shalileh if it’s too quick or too fast a tip is you could tap the three dots at the top of the video in the right corner and you can change the playback speed and make it slower to any amount you want

    I have one question. When you leap off the block in streamline, should your hands be pointing straight at the flags, or down?

      Kawaii Pusheen down

    • @NateRamos69
      @NateRamos69 2 роки тому +1

      straight at the flags, if they are pointed down you’ll go too deep. let gravity run its course while you’re airborn.
