This is sweet! In future videos could you also talk about how you think about the pressure you apply to your feet? Back leg vs front leg, toe vs heel - etc? Also what you're looking for in the section? All the key FS and BS turns (cutbacks, re-entries, carves) and generating speed are what I'm interested in. Thanks!

Una sola richiesta, naturalmente se la ritieni ragionevole: onde perfette tu ne hai a tonnellate, noi qui...un pò meno...magari un ritaglio piccolo, con un esempio visivo, di come adattare le varie parti della manovra su mari...."meno performanti".

Facendo un passo indietro io sarei curioso di vedere un video sul take off avanzato, come farlo velocemente senza perdere l'equilibrio, senza arrivare troppo avanti sulla tavola o con le gambe troppo larghe( come spesso mi capita) e poi sul Bottom turn. che è un po' la base di tutte le manovre. Grazie mille e continua cosí!🤙🏽

Bravo Leo. Nice one. Clear and easy to follow. Loved the variations and the idea of which gym exercise to help with it. I would love some inner super technical tips. E.g. rotating the front hand, pushing with back knee or stuff that is beyond the basic of the movement. I would love a bottom turn video talking about the different lines to take from the top of the wave.

Un video che apprezzerei tanto sarebbe il take off perfetto e come migliorarlo da terra. Credo che un ottimo take off sia il 1° divariò tra un beginner e un intermedio; dove mettere le mani nel surf per spingersi, posizione e angolatura dei piedi, posizione e distanza delle gambe, quanto stare compressi. Personalmente ho notato che non so fare un gran take off, non per forza ma per tecnica, e devo aggiustare la posizione sull'onda perdendo tempo. Ti sarò grato se farai un video a riguardo!
