Please consider reducing the cost of LIG flats also like the 40% deduction extended to the DDA EWS category flats. How it is possible for a Low Income Group person to pay Rs.48,00,000 to Rs.56,00,000 + other charges etc. for a one BHK Flat in Vasant Kunj? It may leads them to total bankruptcy if they go for housing loan. Kindly consider for a reduced rate.

Read brochure. All details mentioned therein. You can surrender in writing within 15 days if allotted.
