In reference to 15:00, after upgrading 10 of the new beakies using the Headhunter bits, it's a fair bit of conversion. The whole thing of the beakies not having their left hand and their chests/legs being one piece makes it a real pain in the ass to deal with. But it DOES look really nice Thanks for the video mate, it was great info for a new HH player like me!
I was actually just looking at this tonight! As I've put my first 5 MkVI together. Would be RIGHT pain in the butt. And having to cut down the torsos too. But yeah, I'm guessing the MkIV Headhunters would look a bit sad and stumpy next to their beaky brothers, so probably worth the effort.

Overall really happy with the rules vs the previous mutable tactics...
Morbius config gives you Fellow Warriors with "any allied detachment that has any version of the Legiones Astartes (x) special rule", no? Doubt a Talons detachment would qualify as such.
Alright, actually awake now... So Morbius would be a wasted trait as it doesn't apply. The important note there is a loyalist force with a loyalist allied detachment. So it's all good. (Can't wait for them to release the rest of the books for proper cross referencing...)
I would love to see this done for Dark Angels! With all the wings there are so many ways it could go, and honestly it's hard for me to figure out what to focus on as a new-to-heresy player

The main problem with the new HH GW made it seem like this can be split up into two forces so new players will be in a bad way when it comes to having an army aka they wont have an army. You'll struggle to put Alpharius and a Fellblade in the one list, as there's a restriction on percentage of points.
