I’m cringing a little as I’m near her age at 31. But I think I’m glad I have gotten older and learned how little I know. She is still at the age she KNOWS HER TRUTH
And didn't even understand that cliff didnt even include Jesus's resurrection in them the kid just repeated "oh bc we found a pool that means Jesus rose from the dead" how many times did cliff say that resurrection had nothing to do with that. Stupid or just playing stupid
The constantly ignoring the 3 others tests was the most annoying part. Spider man would fail the tests but he seems to think they would pass but strictly based on the historical evidence that New York was a real city. Like man, please actually listen.
Whats frustrating is that they spend the whole time telling Cliffe what he's trying to say, so it's more digestible for them to act out their biases/strawmen. No actual discussion on their part or even posing their own ideas
These young folks exhibit a strong example of what the spirit of rebellion actually looks like. 'refuse and reject at all cost' Which is very sad. Therefore, we continue to evangelize and engage in apologetics publicly.
@Paul Wieringa again no. AI have had those discussions for 20 years. I have studdied these tinelines and topics, questions many times. I wish to ask an honest Q., in the past I had great anger once torwards God for wrong reasons, have you ever believed and now doubt and hate or have you always thought this way?
@Paul Wieringa okay, I will jump your hoops. No, there are no inconsistencies in The Bible, as for how I know, there must be a creator above all creation. There had to be a super natural force when actually nothing material existed. Time, space and matter are what Gid is outside of but in charge of. There is also other evidence you wish not to honnor or acknowledge. That is good for now, there is more, but now please answer my Q.
I have watched 99% of Cliffe's videos, and I can say for certain I have never seen a more disrespectful student than that dancing girl. I thought poor Barb died in Stranger Things.
We would not believe that Spiderman was real because the style of the writings in comic books is not historical, it’s fiction. How are these people going to university and not know the difference between historical and fiction?
My goodness that first guy would go back to one test of archaeology when it’s obviously a cumulative fourfold test that Cliffe uses to determine historical reliability, and Cliffe said that so many times. How dishonest of that first guy to ignore that every time and hinge on only one of the tests to try and prove his fallacious point.
I found from watching Cliffe's videos that out of all the universities he's spoken at, Texas State University has to be one of the most hostile campuses which is incredibly ironic because Texas has a huge religious population. If you watch Steven Crowder's videos you'll find that he's gotten a lot of hostility from Texas Christian University, which is extremely revealing that the culture is taking over the thinking of our young people. This is what happens when the church pulls out of the culture rather than engages the culture. The church has completely shunned the concept of intellectualism and critical thinking, which is why we're seeing this backlash in the form of student cynicism and faith denouncement.
These thpes of people need Gods intervention one way or another in their life, Cliffe can only do so much, they have so much doubt and disbelief in Jesus that no matter how much sense Cliffe made, they couldn’t comprehend certain things that would otherwise make sense to people that know the truth of Jesus
@@jayjay-hm4ns Isn't this why Jesus spoke in parables? For that same issue. Jesus can only do so much. We have a responsibility to actually listen and so many don't.
Hard to believe this conversation is taking place in a college, this type of childish thinking and lack of reasoning should be far behind these young adults.
That's what happens when kids start to be dumbed down from grade school on and these kids are just at the right age when this has started to happen the last fifteen years especially and even before but it's supposed to last 15 the schools have a greatly reduced curriculum or changed how they approach it including reasoning critical thinking Etc and they don't want kids to think for themselves anymore in a reasonable way they want to tell them what and how to think I don't want kids raised to believe they can know how to think for themselves to bully their parents for example but they should be taught on how to think correctly for themselves to reason criteria out to reason evidence out and so forth and the other presented as fact.
I don't want to take the attention away from Cliffe and his God-given answers/patience but can we just appreciate how the guy is wearing gym clothes and a lifting belt!
Thank you so much Cliff, I've been a follower of Christ for many year and so stumbling on your utube post it has opened my eyes so much on the reality of Christ and learning and looking at the Gospels in a fresh way and has helped me to look at Christ in a unbelievable way, so I want to thank you again for time and energy not only to share Christ on these college campuses but also to those who already believe in Christ.
Cliff, I would really like to see how you BEGIN doing these when you walk on the campuses. Do you just walk up to an empty area on the campus and start talking to the wind before people start to gather around to watch? Do you have a sign asking for discussion? How do you start your day doing this? How do you get people to come up and ask questions? (I may one day try the same)
Most of his videos are on college campuses and they have a designated area for this, so that’s where he goes and there’s normally always people there ready to discuss any topic.
@Paul Wieringa Just all of the historical manuscripts and eye witnesses. Paul and many other apostles of Christ were recorded to be real by Roman documents on people at that time.
You can tell who is searching for the truth and who wants to try and win a debate. I believe in Jesus Christ because of the world around us, from the stars and the universe to Earth's nature and man's creation. So much evidence for God's existence. How can anyone deny the evidence before their very eyes? That is why when I talk to my Jews and Islamic brothers, we all agree on God; we just disagree on salvation and Christ our Saviour. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is King! Thanks Cliffe, for sharing the good word and teaching me how to spread the word of Christ.
No, you have it backwards. If spiderman referred to New York could we assume that such a city exists. THAT'S how it works. It was how Troy was discovered.
@@1961casey Incorrect, the argument the kids were posing was exactly that, Spider-Man has never been described as a real living person therefore it’s nonsensical to say if NY was uncovered, and they found a comic book, no one in their right mind would think Spider-Man was a real living person. Only someone with a miss apprehension of reality would make a comparison between fiction and nonfiction as if they are one and the same.
@@aureliotheredeemed7566 But on the other hand we have thousands of fictional characters that refer to New York city, most of them not directly related to each other. A historian, 500 years from now, could read about this city from mythical books and would have to ask if such a city actually existed. IF a spiderman comic book was among those documents would it not lend even more credibility to the existence of New York even though the character was obviously fictional or mythical? Homer's Illiad was full of mythical references and yet it gave archeologists cause to wonder if the city of Troy actually existed. From this wondering, came actual research which lead to the discovery of the actual city of Troy. And some of that research included interviewing local residents about local lore and stories of the area, which in turn is not necessarily reliable, but still aided in their search.
@@1961casey 1. A fictional character referring to a city doesn’t make the city fictional. 2. Not everything in fictional literature is fictional, the characters can be fictional, there behavior and appearance can be exaggerated but that doesn’t necessarily make their involvement fictional
Proverbs 26: 4, 5 4. Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. 5. Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes. I definitely think the 4th verse makes a lot more sense here.
It is a shame that these are college students that lack the capacity to think things through and actually listen to people. The first kid just didn’t understand his argument. Cliff gave four test, but he was stuck on archeology. Then, he went to spiderman thinking he got the victory. Clear example of biased thinking. If he took cliff’s argument seriously, he would have spiderman being dug up in new york. then they would read the comic book and understand that the literary style is fiction. So he argued for a case by case basis and used a horrible example. Which shows he doesn’t even understand his own position. To then say yes I would use your test but criticize your view and not mine. This is how slavery and racism is born. America is getting its just desserts.
This is the difference between folks who think they are smarter than anybody else, and folks who are actually smarter than everybody else. Notice which one is humble and open minded!
@Paul Wieringa seeing as how science can't prove everything then we must also look into other places for knowledge correct? We have history, testimony, our own personal experiences to tend with there is so much more to this world then solely science. Yes science is a big part of it but not everything can rely upon science so to science miracles don't happen is only being said out of willful ignorant when one ties down their every bit if understanding solely on science especially knowing that science cant prove everything. This is where the bible comes in as it clearly states don't lean on our own understandings but on Gods which leads us down a path that science cant go.
New rule, if a kid repeats his point 3 times and no one else has spoken, they’re cut off. 😅. Weight belt kid was not listening, he kept going back to Spider-Man which fails the respect of literacy style test.
i don`t think a comic book would survive for 10000 years. but if in 1000 years people were to discover spider man comics and they believed the stories were historical they would have to be pretty stupid
The difference is that no one would willingly die for their belief in Spiderman. Christians have been sawn in half, fed to lions, burned at the stake, drawn and quartered, mutilated, and all other manner of horrible things because of their faith in Christ.

This is what hit drives me crazy when people don’t understand something, they talk to you like you’re crazy. They can’t set their ego aside to think maybe someone knows more than you.
I wouldn't even say that's the conclusion. They are beside themselves trying to make their point to a stranger. Under normal circumstances, we are more introspective and consistent with the need to be socially viable. But when the spirit of rebellion enters in, the ego trips I was at UCLA and my brother was trying to find seating for the football game. I told him while he's doing that I would go tour around the campus since the line was pretty serious. Eventually I ended up waiting for him by the stadium exit and there was a man standing near off with a God loves you sign Eventually the game ended and rowdy students began pouring out onto the steps. At least 8 groups scoffed at the man, who was simply standing there. The best I could describe it was like watching people test the British royal guard to see whether they would break Eventually two students got in his face and started throttling him. The other people I could manage, but the moment they put hands on the man, I wrestled one of them to the ground. It was absolutely bizarre because typically that sort of event turns into a fight, considering the sheer volume of the crowd, surely the people would rise up against me Watching that kid get up, it was like he forgot where he was as he scrambled away. None of his friends stepped up to challenge me. They just moved on, falling back in line to the exit. The takeaway is that the people forget themselves in the moment To me it's no different than when the crowd rose up to have Barabas freed. Something in the heart of rebellious man feels tremendous pressure to act and maintain his position thereafter. I suppose they feel called out and on the other side, are really at the forefront of their sin. You are the culmination of your genes after all and no one wants to be exposed forthwith
"whose morality is better?" this is the question that so few seem to understand is in itself an irrational question. The only way one moral system can be better than another is if there is such a thing as "better" or "goodness" in the first place. People cannot grasp the ontological status of moral values. A relativist cannot discuss whether something is or isnt better, because on their own view, "better" does not really exist in any sort of positive ontological way. The only way there can be wetness is if there is water. The only way there can be shadows is if there is sunshine. The only way there can be heat is if there is fire (or some other source). If morality really exists something must exist to be the ontological foundation. I think the issue is when people hear the word "morality" what they hear is "ethical code". When philosophers and theologians use the term they are talking about something that exists independent of an individuals ethical code, it is something that is TRUE, the same way that "Dinosaurs lived millions of years ago" or "3+3=6" are true. If moral values are equally true then it follows logically that God exists. Then what people say is "well then isnt that just God's ethical code?" No. It is not some arbitrary rules God created. God himself IS the ethics, he is himself the goodness that exists. That is the only way TRUE goodness can exist. You dont have to believe that God exists, but if you want to live AS THOUGH you are correct to vote a certain way, live a certain way, act a certain way, God is the only way you can rational ground it in something ontic.
Hi Joseph, i think we've spoken before, I'm a firm believer that you don't any type of God to work out a moral system of right and wrong. We're more than capable of working out for ourselves a system of morality that is beneficial to us. Our morals are refined and tweaked once we realise what is good for society as a whole. The way we treat others today is much better than people were treated in days gone by , eg, if you were a black person living in the Southern States of the USA 200 years ago, you had virtually no civil rights, and woman living 200 years ago could not vote and were very much 2nd class citizens, both of those moral rights for woman and esp for black people was a hard won battle by civil rights leaders. And today we have civil rights for gay people, only 2 days ago the Pope himself stated that gay people should have civil partnerships, .. fair play to him.
@@bonnie43uk You're right that you don't need God to work out a moral system, it just means that any moral system you work out is subjective and can change with time and society.
@@bonnie43uk You're a firm idiot who refuses to be rational or consistent... and you're a liar. Like/dislike ≠ right and wrong, good and evil, moral or immoral. [face-palm] Tom, WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU USE THE TERM "morality"? Please, define your term. What do you mean by "rights" and where do such things come from? Where did our founders believe they came from? "Fair play", what is that? Are you seeking to impose some standard on the masses - as if objective moral values and duties do exist - even though YOU say they don't? Bonnie, what do you mean by "should"? Dude, there has never been a time when we didn't have civil rights for gay people... (Are you mislabeling/conflating again?) @@benjy288 No he isn't. He's talking about pragmatism, not morality. And any such system assumes that there is a standard and that human life ought to be protected, not just that humans prefer it.
@@jessebryant9233 Morality is basically a system of rules that allow us as human beings to live in relative peace. We are all grounded in these rules from the moment we're able to comprehend what our parents teach us from a very early age Jesse, I'm sure you realized that when your mom said to you sternly "Noooo" as a baby that you were doing something you shouldn't do.. eg, put a bug in your mouth, or touch a hot plate ...those types of things would be detrimental to you, and your mom doesn't want you to do things that would harm you. It's a very gradual process that goes on well into adulthood. Can we not agree on that?
Back in the 1980's, there was a man I read about, dug up the ground about 300 feet under the cross where Jesus was crucified. He found a drop of blood, took it and had it tested. After 2000 years of Jesus not in the body here on this earth, that drop of blood is still alive.
This is willful ignorance. people don't want to believe in God or the reliability of the New testament because they don't want morality or accountability
I think the only reason he was there was to push Cliffe's buttons. Notice the continuous smirk he is wearing. Also notice he would say: "So you are saying...". I also think he was trying to put words in Cliffe's mouth. How Cliffe maintained his composure is beyond me.
I would’ve asked that guy “how did you come to those conclusions?” rather than what are you living for, etc. Also to prove divinity you can look at the psychology behind the claims, the history behind the resurrection, etc. To disprove Christianity you only need to disprove the resurrection.
There was a major disconnect because Cliffe forgot to follow up the historical reliability of the Gospels with the truth reliability of Jesus. This guy wanted to know how we can trust that the miracles and the claims of Jesus were true. The answer is that because we know that Christ rose from the dead as a historical event, we can trust Him.

@Paul Wieringa i guess George Washington did not exist then, as no witnesses are alive and History written down about him can not count, so I guess George never was.
@Paul Wieringa I am sticking to the subject your premise or at least part of it of why you say Jesus Christ is not proven to be real or had existed is because the writers or the writings of people were forgeries Etc well will you alive when George Washington was supposedly alive and president were you alive when they wrote about him or you alive when we had the Revolutionary War excetera no you weren't you have to base your knowledge of our history based on written material not even eyewitnesses anymore because they're not alive to testify you can only go by what is written what is known for the past wow it's the same with all the Scrolls that we have from those days for Jesus the same as when we had the manuscript I have written down it I witness testimony the same with historical archaeological fact of the things that we have found that involved the disciples the apostles Jesus Etc to prove that these people existed. And again if you can't handle those facts if you can't actually be at a Christian site really discussing truth then you shouldn't be here.
You know you're winning an argument/discussion when the other person or people keep interrupting. Good job Cliffe exposing that they have no interest in learning.
They lack critical thinking, discernment, patience, and respect. You’re not winning an argument, and it becomes more and more difficult to do anything when you have to constantly repeat what you’re saying, thus the debate stops. Not to mention the point of this type of debate is not winning, but rather, explaining and informing.
The whole point is listening. They don't want to hear, they just want to counter him at the start. If all you want to do is beat your fellow man over the head with your opinion, you will be heard as much as you heard. You didn't & you won't. Sometimes I worry this happens to Christians. I mean that they don't hear what the other person is laying down. You want to convert people? Understand them first.
Even though I agree with you Cliff actually is very good at that and does his best very much to carry a conversation he does not try to beat anyone down but he just make errors and mistakes like we all do I've even mention some of them in the past just as I've made them we all do so even though you're technically right you're actually wrong because really if you've listened to a lot of his videos he will see he's very compassionate very passionate very good about equaling the conversation he just won't be bullied Etc
@@godislove363 I know Cliffe does & doesn't. I have watched almost all his videos. There are 2 sides there. 1) Cliffe is compassionate, yes. He doesn't leave the script often though. People will say something, & it is hard to respond on the fly, so he defaults to a canned answer. He doesn't often recover from that though & follows out the tract. To an extent he has to do that & to an extent he needs to be more flexible. If you fail to address the issue, you failed to reach for them. Cliffe is great, but sometimes he misses obvious claims. The other person feels you didn't hear them when you don't address what they asked directly in some way. Even contradiction & defiance will show you heard. 2) The kids are often just looking for a way to shut him down. They don't listen & are so sure they are right, that they just rapid fire pile objections & ignore the answers. They aren't hearing Cliffe & it shows. That is far more often what goes on than Cliffe misses a beat. Both sides show that they aren't interested in hearing the other though. Hearing isn't agreement or disagreeing or kind or loving, it is just taking the person at what they are. Your response should be loving & understanding, but it must address what they asked. Cliffe loves these kids, no doubt, but I don't think he always understands them. It isn't a knock on his style or ability, just a weakness. I was an atheist, I get it. It is far to common to have a disconnect in these kind of dialogues. You are trying to reach them & they just want to bear grievances. Hear them. This wasn't Cliffe's finest hour. I am no better, but it is what it is. You try, sometimes you fail, sometimes you succeed. Cliffe has no easy road ahead of him. I am glad he does it though. Cliffe is doing a fine job & I hope he keeps it up. Debate isn't his strong suit though.

I HATE when people do not listen to what you are actually saying , instead they wait for you to finish so they can 'debunk' what they THINK you said. Just listen. If these people criticized every historical document in the same intellectually inconsistent and dishonest way, they would not believe 90% of recorded history. The reason you wouldn't believe that spiderman existed is because you would find the evidence in a comic book. Comic books use fictional narratives and characters. Minor quibble with Cliffe -- God doesn't "change" the laws of nature to perform miracles, he just intervenes, the same as me catching a falling object instead of letting it hit the floor doesn't change the law of gravity.
Sounds like a bunch of bs to me. What's the difference between changing the law of nature and intervening with them? Intervening can still mean that you're changing the laws of nature... No it's not like catching a falling object because we know how to catch a falling object. You're telling me him parting the red sea wasn't changing the law of nature? Can you explain how that was done naturally or scientifically? Resurrections isn't changing the laws of nature? Whatever happen to the law of thermodynamics???
@@joshuabarnes7552 It is like catching a falling object. I don't change the law of gravity by catching something falling, I just physically intervene. God doesn't change the law of gravity by parting the Red Sea, he just pushes the water back and holds each wall of water in place by supernatural force. In the same way God reversed the process of death by supernaturally pushing the forces of entropy back but the laws of nature don't change any more than I change the law of gravity by pushing a cart that rolled down hill back up the hill. You're making a category mistake. I can't show you how these things were done naturally or scientifically because they weren't DONE naturally or scientifically. This is like trying to meaure the pH balance of a pool with a yardstick.
Just as Cliff said, if we create our own image or definition of God to support our own morality, that is a scary path to travel on. But as the other gentleman said, how do we know that the gospel writers did not create their own image of God to define morality in their way?
My favorite NT verses of peace and Christ-like forgiveness... uh... well.... Acts 5:1-10 GW A man named Ananias and his wife Sapphira sold some property. They agreed to hold back some of the money ⌞they had pledged⌟ and turned only part of it over to the apostles. Peter asked, “Ananias, why did you let Satan fill you with the idea that you could deceive the Holy Spirit? You’ve held back some of the money you received for the land. While you had the land, it was your own. After it was sold, you could have done as you pleased with the money. So how could you do a thing like this? You didn’t lie to people but to God!” When Ananias heard Peter say this, he dropped dead. Everyone who heard about his death was terrified. Some young men got up, wrapped his body in a sheet, carried him outside, and buried him. About three hours later Ananias’ wife arrived. She didn’t know what had happened. So Peter asked her, “Tell me, did you sell the land for that price?” She answered, “Yes, that was the price.” Then Peter said to her, “How could you and your husband agree to test the Lord’s Spirit? Those who buried your husband are standing at the door, and they will carry you outside for burial.” Immediately, she dropped dead in front of Peter. When the young men came back, they found Sapphira dead. So they carried her outside and buried her next to her husband.

The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” It turns out Jesus said we have to see him and believe in him to live forever. John 6:40 For it is my father's will that all who SEE his son and believe in him shall have eternal life and I will raise them on the last day. Did Jesus say he'd be Omnipresent? Yes. Luke 17:24 " For the Son of Man in his day[a] will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other." Did Jesus say some would see him coming in his kingdom before they die? Yes. The Israelites instructed the Benjaminites that there would be an annual festival and that they should hide in the vineyards until women come out to dance so that they can kidnap them and force them into marriage so their fathers won't be seen as breaking their oath to god for not willingly giving their wives to the Benjaminites because they were kidnapped. It's an insane loophole.
I mean the guy kept on going on about 1 of 4 tests as if that leads to a reliable historical source when Cliffe was trying to tell him time and time again that all 4 are required. Then he calls it dancing around the question? Come on dude, no trolling pls.
Why was Mary Magdalene crying about how Jesus' body had been stolen in John 20:15, when she had just previously been "filled with Joy" when the angel told her that Jesus had risen from the dead? (Matt 28:8) How did she go from believing the angel, to disbelieving the angel in such a short period of time?
@@benjy288 Notice the very next two verses of Matthew 28 where Mary encounters the risen Jesus and clasps his feet. Verse 8 takes place *prior* to Mary's first encounter with the risen Jesus, and since John 20:14-17 is also describing Mary's first encounter with the risen Jesus, it therefore follows that Matthew 28:8 takes place prior to John 20:14-17. So yes, she was previously filled with joy according to Matthew.
@@benjy288 Your observation raises another question though. Did Mary's first encounter with the risen Jesus take place at the tomb as we read in John, or after they left the tomb as we read in Matthew? Some people have tried to get around this problem by proposing a chronology in which Mary Magdalene was absent for the event described in Matt 28:9-10, but this is to deny the apparent intent of the author of Matthew. Matthew makes it clear in the first verse of the chapter that the women referred to by the pronouns "they" and "them" in verses 9 and 10 includes Mary Magdalene and the other Mary.
"No, Matt 28:8 doesn't take place prior to John 20:15, they are two different people describing the same event" If Matt 28:8 didn't take place prior John 20:15, then the only other option is that it took place after. They can't be concurrent and clearly these two verses are not describing the same event. So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. (Matthew 28:8) He asked her, “Woman, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for? (John 20:15) So do you think that Matt 28:8 took place after John 20:15?

@Paul Wieringa I will gladly answer you, but can you answer the q I asked you?
@Paul Wieringa okay, I will jump your hoops. No, there are no inconsistencies in The Bible, as for how I know, there must be a creator above all creation. There had to be a super natural force when actually nothing material existed. Time, space and matter are what Gid is outside of but in charge of.

Spiderman is a fiction... therefore fails one of the 4 tests (i.e. literary style) for historical reliability.
No, you have it backwards. If spiderman referred to New York could we assume that such a city exists. THAT'S how it works. It was how Troy was discovered.
@@1961casey
Incorrect, the argument the kids were posing was exactly that, Spider-Man has never been described as a real living person therefore it’s nonsensical to say if NY was uncovered, and they found a comic book, no one in their right mind would think Spider-Man was a real living person.
@@1961casey
1. A fictional character referring to a city doesn’t make the city fictional.
2. Not everything in fictional literature is fictional, the characters can be fictional, there behavior and appearance can be exaggerated but that doesn’t necessarily make their involvement fictional

Yes science is a big part of it but not everything can rely upon science so to science miracles don't happen is only being said out of willful ignorant when one ties down their every bit if understanding solely on science especially knowing that science cant prove everything.
But when the spirit of rebellion enters in, the ego trips
I was at UCLA and my brother was trying to find seating for the football game. I told him while he's doing that I would go tour around the campus since the line was pretty serious. Eventually I ended up waiting for him by the stadium exit and there was a man standing near off with a God loves you sign
Eventually the game ended and rowdy students began pouring out onto the steps. At least 8 groups scoffed at the man, who was simply standing there. The best I could describe it was like watching people test the British royal guard to see whether they would break
Eventually two students got in his face and started throttling him. The other people I could manage, but the moment they put hands on the man, I wrestled one of them to the ground. It was absolutely bizarre because typically that sort of event turns into a fight, considering the sheer volume of the crowd, surely the people would rise up against me
Watching that kid get up, it was like he forgot where he was as he scrambled away. None of his friends stepped up to challenge me. They just moved on, falling back in line to the exit. The takeaway is that the people forget themselves in the moment
To me it's no different than when the crowd rose up to have Barabas freed. Something in the heart of rebellious man feels tremendous pressure to act and maintain his position thereafter. I suppose they feel called out and on the other side, are really at the forefront of their sin. You are the culmination of your genes after all and no one wants to be exposed forthwith
"whose morality is better?"
this is the question that so few seem to understand is in itself an irrational question.

I know Cliffe does & doesn't.
@@mackdmara i agree on that account your essay stated. We all have strengths and weaknesses. Some of mine are his. God has been correcting me well. I commend you on your thoughtful intake. Cliff has God given patience. Her little dance revealed her true intentions. These people do not want to have a true discution. They just want to mock and feel like they are the most intelectualy correct people around. Wake up and smell the coffee, guys! He is risen 🙌🏻 Praise God!
Belief in God isn't simply reading the New Testament.
Belief is fickle. Knowledge allows a relationship to begin and the New Testament gives that to you. 👍🏽
@@jcdefeats Are you claiming belief in God IS simply reading the Bible?
@@zeraphking1407 I think he was in agreeance to you however stating that one would still need to actually have read the bible or at the very least the Gospels to give them knowledge. I mean, how else will you know what your worshipping? If everyone forgot everything in the bible and all bibles were to be gone, poof. I no one would be able to put their belief in God because they wouldn't know Him or of Him.
I don’t know HOW Cliffe was this patient. He kept saying not 1 test but 4 and they said he was “dancing around wordplay”?! Like WHAT!?!?!?
How do you keep so calm I wanted to start boxing some of these people
Hahahah. patience is good.
Love for his neighbor and treating them as you would want them to treat you. Jesus talked about it on Mount of Olives
Jesus is too Good to be True, because He is. Praise God.
Faith people Faith. It's not that complicated.
Praise God for the truth
🏚️🌳This is the day that the Lord has made.
Its more possible for a rock to worship God than a hardened heart. Only the Holy Spirit can reveal it.
Being smug is causing smiling now, Jesus is real. I've met Him an He told me to "trust only the King James Holy Bible written before 1400" . That's me, but it's 100% true. ❤❤❤
We have sodom & gomorrah (all true)
Exactly right good job and in fact in Sodom and Gomorrah they still found so far balls that were still warm and you could still like them and they catch on fire after all these years.
Thank you!

Also why does this young cub wear his power lifting belt around, he's not in the gym. Some serious attention seeking

Yeah super cringy

People used to think anarchy was cool until they grow up and test their beliefs with experience. Today, we watch and read other people's experience so we never grow up and experience. Currently we have access to more information than ever before so for some odd reason we attribute that abundance of info to our own ego as if no one else has the same info.
There's a better response to the spiderman fallacy argument than what's given here
6:00 it’s like he completely ignored the whole convo that just took place
Lost souls are determined to misunderstand. Notice when Cliffe makes a good point they try to drown him out as they move the goal posts. Sadly predictable.
You made me find Jesus ❤

It's frustrating to see this guy who keeps bringing up about Spiderman. He clearly isn't listening nor hearing what Pastor Cliffe repeatedly says. It is not only the archeological test but the 4 tests.
Watching these kids shows me I’m not as far from them as I thought because I wanted to DANCE back at her like “yesss 🎶he said that already🎶!!”
The pride of some 'educated' students lol - trusting your own mind and believing in evolution but not God is such s leap of faith and they dont even understand it!
Thank you Cliff for showing me an example of how to talk to my generation who claim to need facts yet ignore ones we have.
His arguement makes a false equivalence.
Matthew 21:21
Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
Wow I was getting so frustrated how are you so calm!?😂
Brilliant!
I admire cliffs patience
The best days are coming 🙂
Her dance explains it all
Minor quibble with Cliffe -- God doesn't "change" the laws of nature to perform miracles, he just intervenes, the same as me catching a falling object instead of letting it hit the floor doesn't change the law of gravity.
And God bless you to you brilliant eye opening man
Just as Cliff said, if we create our own image or definition of God to support our own morality, that is a scary path to travel on. But as the other gentleman said, how do we know that the gospel writers did not create their own image of God to define morality in their way?
My favorite NT verses of peace and Christ-like forgiveness... uh... well....
Acts 5:1-10 GW
A man named Ananias and his wife Sapphira sold some property.
John 7:17
"Anyone who wants to do the will of God will know whether my teaching is from God or is merely my own."
I have been seeing Jesus's Omnipresent bearded face (eyes, nose, mouth and beard) since I started following all of Jesus's teachings.
I found out what John 14:21 means after I started seeing Jesus's Omnipresent bearded face.
John 14:18-21. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
It turns out Jesus said we have to see him and believe in him to live forever.
John 6:40 For it is my father's will that all who SEE his son and believe in him shall have eternal life and I will raise them on the last day.
Did Jesus say he'd be Omnipresent?
Yes.
Luke 17:24 " For the Son of Man in his day[a] will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other."
Did Jesus say some would see him coming in his kingdom before they die?
Yes.
Matthew 16:28
"Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."
Do I show you tonnes of examples of how I see Jesus's Omnipresent bearded face on my UA-cam channel.
Yes.
Check out how I highlight his face in the first UA-cam video ever uploaded. ua-cam.com/video/2GYnoytOlkk/v-deo.html
If they don't believe, him or comprehend what he's saying, they truly need to get in the word for themselves, they think it's a game, but Lord have mercy on the ones that don't understand or think it's a joke.
This reminds me when Jesus was tempted by Satan,But rebuked him by saying IT IS WRITTEN!
I wonder how these former moral relativists feel about what Hamas has done.
Same thing happened with God's ppl. They literally stormed a festival and kidnapped girls and forced them into marriage. You accept that happened and was ok right?
@@joshuabarnes7552 Havnt heard anything about forced marriage
@@kingkayleb Then you should read about the Benjaminites in Judges 19- 21 for full context. Basically Israel went to war with one of their own tribe because they apparently didn't want to give up a group of ppl that graped and killed a levites' female servant. Israel asked God to help them destroy the Benjaminite army. Israel lost a couple times until they worshipped god harder and he finally let them win. They slaughtered every woman, child and destroyed most of the Benjamanite army leaving only 600 men of the entire tribe. Israel felt regret and didn't want the Benjaminite tribe to disappear, but they sworn to not give up their daughters. However, there was a town that didn't help fight the Benjaminites, so they slaughtered all the men, children and married women and took all the virgin women to be given to the Benjaminites. Unfortunatly, there was was only 200 women that were able to be given so 400 were still left.
@@kingkayleb Read Judges 19-21
I mean the guy kept on going on about 1 of 4 tests as if that leads to a reliable historical source when Cliffe was trying to tell him time and time again that all 4 are required. Then he calls it dancing around the question? Come on dude, no trolling pls.
Why was Mary Magdalene crying about how Jesus' body had been stolen in John 20:15, when she had just previously been "filled with Joy" when the angel told her that Jesus had risen from the dead? (Matt 28:8) How did she go from believing the angel, to disbelieving the angel in such a short period of time?
She wasn't previously filled with joy, Matt 28:8 says she left the tomb with great joy.
@@chad969 No, Matt 28:8 doesn't take place prior to John 20:15, they are two different people describing the same event.
"No, Matt 28:8 doesn't take place prior to John 20:15, they are two different people describing the same event"
If Matt 28:8 didn't take place prior John 20:15, then the only other option is that it took place after. They can't be concurrent and clearly these two verses are not describing the same event.
So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. (Matthew 28:8)
He asked her, “Woman, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for? (John 20:15)
So do you think that Matt 28:8 took place after John 20:15?
I thought Stewart looked a little different that day 😅
