No? First, there were not two car lengths, there was about 10-15 feet. Second, what did they gain by me pulling up? Literally nothing. They were impatient for no reason.
You can see when other cars pass by, it's only maybe one car length. Which is still enough to move up, but I'd imagine OP was busy looking in their rear view to figure out why someone was honking.
