There's stories from back home in PEI of Lanny always stopping by certain houses when they'd be close by or doing a show there (very rare). My friends grandma made a stew that Lanny stopped in for every time! Such a genuinely nice man.
He was the best entertainer in wrestling.

Underneath all the glam and the flair and the persona, Randy Poffo was an amazing human being and there are so many moments like this that show why he was so beloved and why he is missed by so many.
Remember meeting randy and liz at the convention centre here in toronto so many years ago and he was so complementary pleasant and friendly to me as was liz...he was absolutely not what i expected of him in the flesh...wonderful memories...
