Didn’t know he was from Rochester/Auburn Hills! Always cool to see someone come from your hometown
Absolutely! Local boy comes home to hopefully bring the Lions a Championship!?!
@ let’s hope so, man. This is the first video I’ve found of yours. Good stuff, I’ll subscribe brother!
Great job Johnny G. You covered this very good. John M is a very busy man. He’s had no problems getting jobs and Dan Campbell already knows all about him.
I think Goff could be a better OC than Ben J. Goff is very smart.
Thanks man! Yeah he certainly travels well. I am hoping the experience will pay off!
@ I believe if he hasn’t learned anything he would never get jobs that quickly. Plus whatever Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell know I would expect it to be a great hiring. I see the Lions being better yet. I remember back in the 70s where football wasn’t all glitter and Fame. It was run the ball down the other teams throats and they made it work. We need to get back to that type of football. Just look at us getting Gibbs where everyone said it was stupid to do that. That’s something that would have been done back in the days. Smash 💥 mouth football
I think the Detroit Lions will be even better next season, Oooo'h Yeaaaah!!!
Morton runs a much smoother offense, a lot of power and down field action, less gimmicky than BJ, not saying BJ wasn’t awesome but I think he gets a bit too much credit for the success we’ve had last three years. The players make the plays, period.
I very much agree with you! The backbone of this team is the pillar players they have built through the draft along with the culture which the new coordinators are more than familiar with. I expect good things again next year!
LOVE IT! WE'RE NOT retreating! we're JUST RELOADING!!! GO LIONS!
Yes!
WMU Go Broncos!
Like I said, experience under multiple successful coaches on winning teams makes him the right choice
💙🦁🏈🦁💙
Winning cultures breed winning formulas 💯
Next men up!.......................Go Lions! Great rundown JG.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. And yes, we have to believe in the process.
Great information and video thank!!! Go 🦁!!!
I appreciate you! Thanks for watching. Go Lions!
There’s absolutely no way to tell who this guy is for us until the season starts.
He doesn't have the best track record when it comes to an OC but the Lions have had him on staff before and know what he is about. He has a far superior roster to the one he was saddled with while the OC the Jets. We shall see.
You’re an I d I ot we can all agree on this though. We know that much before the season starts.
Let's go Lions!!! Wooooooo!!!!!!
Woooooo!
Both coordinator pick ups are an upgrade and people will see that moving forward.
Go Lions!🦁 , Go Tigers!🐯
Hey Johnny......wooooooo
What's good? Woooo!
Yo yo yo!! What up Johnny 👋
What up my guy! Hoppe you are well?
What do you think of the new Lions OC? What does this mean for the offense?
just get ready for a fall back year. it's too much to Over come to get to 15 wins next year I just can't see it happen. be blessed if we can win 10games😢
They would only apply if they were actually healthy odd thing is the defense can only get better so I disagree
I could see their record slip with all the transition and a tougher schedule but I really think this team should be able to compete again for and NFC North Crown and then who knows!
Just imagine this team fully healthy, man. Especially the defense…don’t be too down on it. 15 wins is hard to do back to back, but to say we won’t get 10 wins is crazy to me. Both the coaches we hired as our new coordinators already know the players and are familiar with/or already know the scheme.
Do you think they will trade Kirby ? Can’t see them being able to afford him and Branch
Great question...I think the upside of Branch is more in their favor so if they have to decide between the 2 it would be to pay Branch. But they might be able to extend Kerby this year and save in the long run to be able to resign both guys.
@ I hope so , but I don’t see other teams having 2 top paid safeties. And Kirby just had a fantastic season which makes me as a fan want to keep him but unfortunately I think it makes business sense to shop him around for a high draft pick
Ball out Johnny. This cat is a bad ass like Cambell. It's over. Superbowl Champs 2025 26. Let's go🏈☝️
Love it! Let's Go!!!
Lions fan here !!!!
So happy the eagles crushed the commandets.
Lmfao. !!!!
Eagles look unstoppable!
We don’t need NO pass heavy coaches when we have the 2 best RBs in the business. He better focus on Screen passes and the run game!
You are right man he better lean on the run game and Gibbs!
J-Mo Planted a Seed for a deep playoff run next year 😂
Hilarious!
@@johnnygazsportsthat was the WORST PLAY EVER CALLED - JM better not try any of these stupid cute calls!!!
Went to high school with him.
For real? Did you ever rub elbows or throw him a pass?
@ Haha, never threw him a pass. It was a pretty small school, everyone knew everyone. He was a class older than me.
Fix the defense has nothing to do with offense
Think we can nail J-Mo for child support 💰 after getting us pregnant like that 😂
I feel violated lol
@johnnygazsports the humanity!!! 😂
Trade for Jarrett Stidham. OC HAS KNOWLEDGE OF HIM. HENDON HOOKER LOOKS LOST. PROBABLY NEVER PICK IT UP.
I know they liked Bridgewater for his experience but it spoke volumes on his progression so you may be right.
I'm not excited about this one bit
What makes you nervous?
