2 lbs of ground beef
4 slices of bread
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 cup of minced green pepper
1/2 cup of minced red pepper
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 small onion minced
1 tablespoon of ÉPIS
1 teaspoon of adobo
1 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
