Also, I buy a steak sauce at dollar general that tastes almost exactly like A1 but it's about 30% cheaper. They also have buttery crackers that taste same as Ritz but cheaper, can't taste difference in meatloaf. Love your recipes!

I think one of the most important things you did was to use a very large bowl. Most people use a bowl that's just barely big enough for the ingredients, but doesn't give enough room to easily move things around. The extra large bowl helps in the gentle folding over to combine the meat so it stays tender and doesn't get overworked. It looks delicious! Ritz crackers were always my go-tos as well before I went keto. Yum!

Tonight, round two (the other half) but with your baked potatoes with garden fresh green onions and sour cream...can hardly wait...made another 1/2 batch of your sauce recipe too..that stuff is absolutely THE best..nice flavour, great tang...4 thumbs up.
Made this, replacing fresh parsley with dried and dried chipotle pepper in place of canned, because it’s what I had. Also used all red bell pepper. SO GOOD.

I’ve made this twice now. Best meatloaf I’ve ever had. The crushed pup ritz is a stroke of genius. I used half A1 and half ketchup for the sauce since I like it tangy.

I'll tell you, the differences in color, texture, tang, overall flavor!!, incredible! I'm gonna say there were at least five different ones. Any choice would have been an asset to that beautiful baked potato. 😋 That skin is not to be wasted either, it's so tasty! 😊👍✨️

Doin the potatoes at the same time and will increase heat abit when the loaf is done, to crisp up the taters. 3lb Loaf isn't done in an hr. obviously ....just added 15 more minutes, we shall see. with the digital temperature thingy. ..I think it will be closer to 90 minutes. My mom made this same similar recipe minus the chopped green pepper. She would slice rings of green peppers and place on top. We didn't like green peppers. Sometimes she used uncooked bacon slices on top . The topping you use is is different . Great recipe the milk does help to tenderize the meat. I use a lot of the ingredients in your recipe when I make mine. I love your glaze too. This recipe is another keeper.
I just made this meatloaf and it was amazing. My first experience with using chipotle peppers incthe adobo sauce. I used regular ground beef and didn't find the dripping excessive (used the drippings though for gravy since we had mashed potatoes). Opted also to leave out the brown sugar in the sauce. A keeper recipe. I think I'll use the leftover chipotle peppers for your chipotle rice recipe.
Delicious. With the potatoes...I just used a large one, cut it in pieces with some seasoning and put them in the same baking dish with meatloaf half an hour before the meatloaf was done.
I tried a variation of your recipe. I didn't have any bell pepper, parsley or steak sauce. I substituted shredded carrot and onion for the bell pepper and Masterpiece BBQ sauce for the steak sauce. Also I used chipotle salsa , what I bought. It was quite good. Thanks for your continuing meal ideas. Even with the alteration, it worked.
I have used some Heinz 57 steak sauce with ketchup, and I usually use crushed up corn tortilla chips--tastes great along with the Heinz 57. But I like this recipe, looks like it would be good, I'll try it! I can see how the ritz crackers give it a buttery flavor--yum!
