    Hello, I am Casayun.
    In this video, I will show you how to make really soft and pillowy texture of yogurt cake.
    The texture of this cake is really light and soft since it doesn’t contain flour.
    Lots of yogurt inside the cake make this cake more moist and soft!
    With simple ingredients, you can make this cake so easily.

    Yogurt cake
    Round pan diameter 20 cm
    Eggs 4
    Sugar (granulated) 80g (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
    Plain yogurt 400g (1 1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp)
    Corn starch (potato starch) 50g (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp)
    Baking powder 5g (1 tsp)
    Lemon zest from 1 lemon
    Please prepare ✔️
    * Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal.
    * Preheat the oven to 170℃ (338℉).
    1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add half of the sugar (40g) to the egg yolk and mix, then add plain yogurt and mix.
    2. Mix cornstarch, baking powder and lemon zest in order.
    3. Whip the egg whites using hand mixer. When bubbles start to form, add the remaining sugar (40g) in three portions. Add all the meringue to the yolk batter and mix well.
    4. Put all the batter in the prepared pan and bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ (338℉) for 45-50 minutes.
    5. Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and allow it to cool completely.
