I just did these hand exercises in the local sauna this afternoon. Good use of time when the other people don’t feel like chatting! Not infrared unfortunately but must still do a lot of good. That’s an idea for future video or video series - exercises to do while sitting in the sauna…..
Thank you so much for answering to my request, I promised to follow your advice and practice the hand movements that you show in the video. God bless you Dr Yoni.
Thank you, really enjoyed my fingers being stretched. Any help for fibromyalgia please. Most pain in the neck, bottom and hips, and fore arms, thanks again, ive really enjoyed the videos ive seen, doing the hip stretches daily now
Dr Whitten, although I don’t have arthritis, I do have secondary raynauds due to scleroderma. I use a red light therapy device called “TRIUMPH LTD” it is designed for the hands, arthritis etc. I don’t know yet how it works for raynauds, since I’ve only just started using it, but I’m hearing it is very good for arthritis…
I don't have any personal experience with the Triumph LTD. I have some concerns about its relatively low power output. How has you experience been so far?
Thanks Wendy! I've found that for RA, the type of multiple-layered approach shown in this this video works best. And then of course, there's dietary strategies which are often super helpful for autoimmune conditions.
Naproxen is like ibuprofen as well that taking it every day is horrible for your kidneys and liver. Daily dosages if that not good you’d be better off taking morphine as far as organ damage.
Not only can these kinds of drugs damage the body, but there's research showing that they actually increase the severity of pain and make it last longer - www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2022/05/220512092711.htm
Thank you, dear Yoni, for sharing inspiring health support! What do you recommend for osteoarthritis in my hip-, sit bone, no cartilage around the hip bone and stage 4 (a surgery for a new hip joint is suggested to do immediately by doctors).- Meriva, Chondroitin? And do you have maybe a specific video maybe for the problem?? I do self-healing with Pranic healing and often can move without problems, then due to non-aligned fascias limping starts. I try to regenerate cartilage again. I work positively against the pain. Refusal to a surgery - I had 6 knee surgeries, the one knee hurts when my body is not aligned. Your thoughts will be deeply appreciated!
Hi Sabine, I completely understand your desire to avoid surgery. With osteoarthritis the general recommendations are healthy diet, lots of healthful, pain-free motion, red light, supplementation and activity modification. This study demonstrated increased cartilage thickness over a 2 year period by taking the type of hyrolyzed collagen that is in Movement Essentials® Joint Rebuilder. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21251991/
Thanks for all the helpful videos. I injured my anterior delt. It’s been 4 weeks and not much better. When I lie flat on my back I have sharp pain in the shoulder. I’ve used red light, joint supplements, turmeric, fish oils. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
It's hard to make specific recommendations without an examination. What you're doing already is all helpful but active therapy is usually necessary to regain full functionality. I would recommend you see a qualified practitioner in your area to get an accurate diagnosis of your problem and specific active therapy strategies to speed you along.
When people find the movements painful, it's best to modify the exercise to reduce strain. This can be done by using a shorter range of motion, using less pressure for stretching and/or decreasing the amount of time spent on each movement.
Thanks for actually replying
Absolutely, Mary!

Good idea, Margaret! And not to worry, traditional has been around way longer than IR and offers tons of health benefits.

Thank you Dr Yoni for this video. I have been gently doing the finger exercises, but am finding it very painful. Should I persevere, or rest them?
